The hotel is very close to the pyramids which was the only reason for chossing this place
The staff were extremely helpful with everthing I needed, mohummad inparticular was so helpful and so was the younger brother of the manger but Im sorry I dont no his name, he helped we with a wifi hot spot when all the wifi in the area was down.
I enjoyed when it was time to leave.
The place is confusing, a different hotel on each floor of the building with no indication of which floor I needed to get to, all the other hotels were clearly singed but not this one.
Oh and our driver didnt bother to turn up at the airport so we had to arrange another taxi.
And the wifi was down for both the days we were there which made in nearly impossible to communicate with our activity group

Séjour très décevant. Nous avons finalement préféré partir.
Arrivés à 2h du matin à l’hôtel, on nous informe qu’aucune chambre n’est disponible, prétextant un problème de douche. On nous renvoie alors vers un autre établissement, soi-disant “surclassé” par rapport au premier.
Mais en découvrant la chambre, c’est la stupéfaction : chambre sale, literie également sale, impossible de dormir dans ces conditions. Si cet hôtel est censé être un upgrade, je n’ose même pas imaginer l’état du premier…
Nous avons donc décidé de partir immédiatement et de réserver dans un véritable hôtel 5 étoiles, le Hilton .
À éviter absolument.
Our stay was very nice. The value is unmatched and the location is ideal to get to the Pyramids and GEM. Abrar was also very hospitable!

The staff were very friendly and always happy to go the extra mile to help - always offering to help carry luggage, arrange rides to different parts of Cairo, give advice about local shops, etc. They also speak a wide range of languages, making communication straightforward and effortless. The room was spacious and came with a beautiful balcony view of the pyramids - perfect for relaxing and contemplating the world, as well as for photos!
Nothing to say here - the hotel exceeded all our expectations. The only thing is that wifi is unstable, but that is the case more or less everywhere in Cairo and Giza, and the hotel staff are always happy to help with finding a solution (e.g. offering hotspots from their own mobiles or giving you space on another floor where the signal may be stronger).
