Pros:

Comfortable large double bed with amazing view on the pyramids, with a nice balcony. great shower. Good AC. Good location and everyone in the staff was very kind and helpful.
Amazing value for money, honestly.

Cons:

We were given a different room on the first which wasn't corresponding to our booking, but they corrected it for the rest of the week.
noisy because of the main street, but you should know that as you book so not surprised and it turned out that the windows sound proofing was efficient. we slept really well.

Located a couple of blocks from the pyramid gate. Views of the pyramids from my balcony and the rooftop patio. Comfortable bed, hot shower, great staff, they offer great Tour packages as well.

La reserva no se corresponde siempre con lo que ofrecen las fotos, hay diferentes hoteles.
Pros:

La experiencia no fue del todo satisfactoria, principalmente por un problema con la reserva. Habíamos reservado una habitación con vistas a las pirámides en un hotel concreto, pero al llegar nos llevaron a otro alojamiento que parecía estar todavía a medio terminar. Aunque estaba más cerca de las pirámides, no tenía las vistas que habíamos reservado y el acceso era a través de un callejón.

Tras quejarnos, al día siguiente nos trasladaron al hotel que habíamos reservado inicialmente, porque por suerte se habían quedado libres dos habitaciones. De no haber sido así, nos habríamos tenido que quedar en el otro alojamiento, que no correspondía con lo que habíamos elegido al hacer la reserva.

Cons:

Recomendamos tener en cuenta que lo que se reserva no siempre es lo que se recibe. Podéis tener suerte y alojaros en el hotel y la habitación que aparecen en las fotos, pero también os puede tocar un alojamiento completamente diferente.
Otro aspecto bastante mejorable es la limpieza, especialmente la del baño, tanto en el primer alojamiento como en el hotel al que nos trasladaron después.

Situacion y vistas a las piramides desde las terrazas.
Muchas habitaciones dan a la calle principal y hay muchisimo ruido, se lo comentamos y nos cambiaron a otra.
Para el desayuno hay demora, pero si se lo dices te atienden rapido

Cons:

Hay que dromir con tapones.
Te intentan timar con los precios de taxis, y queda feo hacerselo a un huesped.
Que cuando te vayas a ir, te digan que saques el movil para poner en booking buen comentario delante de ellos.

Surtout, n’ayez pas peur en arrivant ! Le nom de l’hôtel est bien indiqué sur Google Maps, mais il n’apparaît pas sur la devanture (où figure même un autre nom). Il n’y a pas non plus de véritable hall d’accueil : il faut monter jusqu’au 3ᵉ étage pour rencontrer le personnel. C’est assez surprenant au premier abord !

Nous avions réservé une chambre avec deux lits, mais quelle surprise en arrivant de découvrir un seul lit double… Heureusement, le personnel a été très arrangeant et nous a changé de chambre pour les nuits suivantes.

À noter également si vous êtes sensibles au bruit : l’isolation est très mauvaise, avec du simple vitrage, beaucoup de bruit provenant de la rue et des klaxons à toute heure. Si vous aimez dormir au calme, cela risque donc d’être compliqué.

En revanche, le personnel de l’hôtel est vraiment très sympathique et serviable. Ils nous ont aidés à plusieurs reprises, notamment pour commander des Uber et organiser nos repas. Un grand merci en particulier à Ziad pour sa gentillesse et son aide !

Une expérience mitigée concernant l’hôtel en lui-même, mais un personnel adorable qui a largement contribué à rendre notre séjour agréable.

Please think carefully before staying here. Upgrading makes sense in a standard hotel or resort I’d say.
Pros:

The rooftop was a great experience to see pyramids though they were quite far away. Still cool. The welcome drinks and little gifts (earring or necklace) was a nice touch. The staff appeared to try to do what they could to provide amenities like breakfast and deliver a meal we ordered very late to the rooftop. That was kind and nice after a long trip to arrive.

Cons:

The room was insufficient in size and cleanliness…even given the value in our opinion. The linens were dismal. The towel was dirty, it appeared to be old, and also used without being washed.

The possibility exists that it will improve. The location is not really ideal but is closer to the destinations of pyramids than airport. In hotel early the next morning, we saw ongoing construction in the next rooms across from ours. So, perhaps in the future it will be ready and cleaner than it was for us. The bathroom was generally usable, but because of the lack of a clean towel and the open concept shower that would get water everywhere we opted to forgo a shower. That is not ideal after a long flight. We were I guess downgraded to a twin room versus the double we had booked. Not sure why but they said they would change our room on the second night. Given the circumstances, we just felt it made sense to check out early and stay with friends. Though we were paid for two we only stayed one night.
