Hôtel idéal au cœur de Poblado
Pros:

Établissement très bien situé au cœur du quartier Poblado. Mais dans une rue assez calme.
Les chambres sont très bien, la literie est bonne.
Le personnel est vraiment ADORABLE. Que ce soit à l accueil, le personnel d étage ou au petit déjeuner, toujours le sourire, les bons conseils et une extrême courtoisie!
La salle du petit déjeuner avec vue sur la ville est très chouette.
Nous recommandons cet établissement.

Buena ubicación, entorno protegido por policía a pie y cámaras de seguridad. Personal del hotel súper amable y dispuesto
Pros:

El personal súper amable, con buena predisposición, comprometidos a ayudar para mejorar la experiencia.
El salón restaurante tiene muy linda vista, en el piso 10 del edificio.

Cons:

No es que no me gustó, pero si creo podría mejorar la variedad de lo ofrecido en el desayuno. Muy bueno que cuenten con frutas, deberían sumar opciones dulces en cuanto a panificados.

The location si great, the room has good isolation so it is easy to relax and sleep. Staff is helpful and polite. Everything was clean, tidy. The room is well eqiupped. Answering on booking messages was fast and thorough.

Los desayunos muy limitados. De bebida caliente solo tenían café. Les faltó el chocolate como mínimo.
