Pros:

llegue a realizar el check in , y no respetaron ni hicieron valida la reserva, obviamnete es una estafa y me afectaron directamente pleno 31 de diciembre y tuve que devolverme de pereira a bogota porque me bloquearon mi dinero y no habia donde encontrar hospedaje a esas horas...una total irrespponsabilidad de ese antro de hotel, el supuesto administrador ni registro nacional de turismo tiene....

terrible ud venden algo y el hotel no tiene convenio con udes ... pague y no me dieron ninguna habitacion, tengan cuidado con comprar con expedia.
