Sehr gutes Frühstück, schon ab 6.30 Uhr. Freundliche Menschen. Auch das Restaurant war sehr gut.

Extrem freundlich und Service orientiert, weil wir in der Nacht los mussten wurde uns sogar ein Lunchpaket mitgegeben super Chefin

Cons:

Leider ist die Stahltreppe bei Glatteis gefährlich und für Hunde gar nicht zu benutzen

Dass es an diesem Anreisetag Spiegel-Glatt vor der Hautüre war und nicht gestreut war ( auch split oder sand statt Salz wäre möglich )

Schöner Aufenthalt im Winterlichen Brandenburg

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage, direkt am Kalksee.
Ausgeeichnete Betten.
Das Frühstück war hervorragend, selten in einem Hotel so eine große Auswahl gehabt.
Die Chrfin machte einen seht kompetenten eindruck.

Cons:

In unserem Zimmer funktionierten bei dem Fernseher nur die privaten Programme.
Auf die nachfrage bei der Restaurantbedienung warum das so ist, wurde ich gefragt ob ich bei der Buchung gesagt hätte das ich alle Programme auf dem Fernsehgerät benötige.
Das hätte die Dame besser machen können.

Sehr schönes, ruhig am See gelegenes Hotel mit Wohlfühlcharakter

Hotel in sehr schöner Lage. Hervorragendes Frühstück.
Ruhig gelegen. Besitzerin sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Die letzten 200 m der Zufahrt und die Parkmöglichkeiten.
