Me subieron el precio cuando llegue hice la reserva y me cobraron disque el iba aparte, fuera de eso el desaseo es terrible que hazlo
No tuve la oportunidad de conocer el hotel, la reserva fue cancelada a pesar de los mensajes que envié

somebody played music really loud around 3am on our floor. i had to walk down to reception to tell them. They quickly stopped. Reception said they didn't hear the music.
Beds and pillows are made of vinyl (for easy cleaning, i guess) and therefore are not very comfy.
Location was a bit sketchy at night when we arrived but during the day it's very vibrant, lots of shopping and ppl.
Cheap and nice staff
Be careful, the area at night is dangerous here for tourists. Rather book in El Poblado. We booked another because of safety.
This is not a real hotel, but rather a hourly hotel and should not be listed in booking!
I got duvet and towel only after multiple requests.
There is no AC installed and it's extremely hot and humid in the room.
The name on booking and outside on the road was not identical. Therefore it took me at least 30min to find the hotel
