Disappointing
Pros:

Very noisy in the night, we couldn’t sleep because the neighbours made a party.
Also one bed was damaged and couldn’t sleep good.
The breakfast was ok, everything you need was there.

This is the worst hotel I ever stayed at in my entire life. And I stay every week in a different hotel for my job. The customer service is very friendly, but they cannot help you with anything. The rooms are so noisy that I didn’t sleep three out of four nights because of Noisy guests. I asked for another room, they couldn’t give me. Also, the check-in took more than half an hour by me calling the emergency number. Also if you arrive early, you cannot leave your luggage anywhere. The rooms are so noisy. I can literally hear people speaking and hear what they say in the next room. You can even hear guests three apartments away. Also, the rooms are so dated, my estimate they are done more than 30 years ago.
The only good thing is the breakfast.

Cheapest location in Gerlos, but not worse than any others - great ski facilities, great breakfast

Superb
Pros:

Very nice spacy room with comfortable beds and balcony. Good location. Breakfast are amazing. You will find there anything you like.

Cons:

I would miss a fridge especially in the summer. A kettle in the room would be perfect. It's quite difficult to find a way to the breakfast even with marks.

Pros:

location, space of room, cleanness

Cons:

one hour before the breakfast service ended there were no more croissants, fruit and sometimes yogurt
furniture is little older but OK, bathroom is from 70´s but also clean :-) - corresponds to the price

Pros:

Amazing location to relax in the mountains.

Cons:

Parking lot a bit crowded, so we had to drive up a bit further. Not a serious issue! Place quite popular!

Average for me. But thank you, I enjoyed it, especially the location.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. I like the location. The price was OK.

Cons:

I wouldn't say I liked the style and light inside the room and I would appreciate a public fridge or small fridge in the room.

Very good accommodation at a low price.
Pros:

For the price absolutely adequate accommodation. Equipment older, but everything clean. Free dog. Breakfast cold buffet, but again the price-performance ratio super.
Spacious room with balcony.

Cons:

For us the only disappointment were soft sleeping mattresses. They deserve to be replaced.

After one days I was do check out from my 3 days reservation..
Pros:

For me nothing, for kids game rooms.

Cons:

our room was not prepared to function and be made available to guests. temperature below the permissible level, the conversation with the agency operating the facility was delayed for 1.5 days. the offer includes a room with a balcony, but in fact there is none. the case could have been resolved, but the agency didn't care
