Gute Lage und freundliches Personal, aber große Sauberkeitsprobleme
Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut und die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Betten waren sauber und komfortabel. Außerdem gab es einen Balkon. Besonders schön war auch die Dachterrasse.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer war leider eine Katastrophe. Als wir angekommen sind, konnten wir nicht einmal auf die Toilette gehen, weil sich Stuhlgang darauf befand. Wir mussten anrufen, damit jemand kommt und das WC sauber macht.

Die Dusche war praktisch gar nicht benutzbar. Sie war schmutzig und verkalkt. Das Schlimmste war jedoch, dass es beim Duschen zu einer Überschwemmung kam. Zwischen der Duschbodenplatte und dem Badezimmerboden gab es ein Loch, sodass das Wasser in das ganze Badezimmer lief und alles überflutet wurde.

Auch die Möbel auf dem Balkon waren schmutzig, sodass wir uns nicht darauf setzen konnten. Leider waren auch die Handtücher nicht sauber.

Für ein 4 Sterne-Niveau ist das leider absolut nicht angemessen.

Perfect stay
Pros:

Everything, nice fresh pool, breakfast, friendly staff, nice view from roof, netflix

Cons:

Confusing answers from staff when asked where we can buy beer - but while ramadan maybe they didnt welcome the question

Pros:

Le personnel était au petit soin, merci plus particulièrement à Eftrelchar.

Ωραία κεντρικό ξενοδοχείο
Pros:

Ευγένεια και προθυμία προσωπικού να βοηθήσει σε όλα.
Το lobby είναι ωραίο. Το ξενοδοχείο είναι σε κεντρικό σημείο με πάρκινγκ έξω από ξενοδοχείο. Το δωμάτιο για 3 άτομα ήταν ευρύχωρο και με ντουλάπα. Το μέγεθος του ντουζ μόνο μας δυσκόλεψε!

Cons:

Θα ήθελα να είναι πιο καθαρό το μπάνιο. Το ντουζ ψηλά δεν βοηθάει κάποιον που δεν θέλει να λουστεί. Προτιμότερο το τηλέφωνο στο μπάνιο.
