First of all, we would like to thank the entire staff of Hotel Los Cristales in Santa Rosa de Cabal.
We had the most powerful, frightening, and unforgettable experience of our lives together with all of you during the 7.4-magnitude earthquake. The hotel was shaking like a piece of paper, yet the staff handled this terrifying situation with remarkable calm and professionalism. Despite the circumstances, the hotel suffered only minor damage.
We would like to express our deepest gratitude to the entire staff for remaining so calm, professional, and attentive throughout this nightmare. You took wonderful care of all the guests and made us feel as safe and supported as possible during such a frightening experience.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything you did. We will never forget your kindness, courage, and professionalism.

Excelente ubicación, muy buen servicio, personal muy atento. Deben mejorar el parqueo.

La habitación es amplia, cómoda y limpia.
El servicio fue muy bueno, el personal muy atento y el desayuno sabroso.
El hotel está cerca al centro del municipio, muy bien ubicado.

Cons:

No me gustó tener que esperar mas de 15 minutos para ingresar al parqueadero del hotel en mi vehículo, el parqueadero tiene servicio público y debería darse prioridad a los huespedes.

Para una noche, no más.

Nos gustaron su céntrica ubicación y que incluyera parking.

Cons:

No pudimos dormir nada por el ruido que había en el hotel, menos mal que solo nos quedamos una noche.
Sabanas y toallas muy viejas. Dejan pocas toallas, tuvimos que pedir más. Habitación interior sin ventana y con escaso mobiliario, solo una silla en una habitación cuádruple. Baño muy incómodo, pequeño, sin espacio para dejar neceser y con un lavabo inaccesible, empotrado entre la pared, el inodoro y la puerta.

Este hotel es maravilloso, está bien ubicado, excelente servicio de todo el personal, muy limpio, el desayuno riquísimo, todo maravilloso.

Cons:

La única recomendación es revisar la cama de nuestra habitación, la 108 porque en la mitad no se encuentran bien alineadas las dos camas y se siente un poco incómodo.
