Da Recepção. O recepcionista foi um senhor bem desagradável e não respondia as nossas perguntas. Tive 2 reservas para o mesmo dia e ele nao nos ajudou em nada. Por esse motivo, tive que perder uma diária. A Recepção deixa muito a desejar....
