La nostra camera era abbastanza gradevole anche se il terrazzino era inutile perche' angusto e polveroso a causa di un megacantiere attaccato all'albergo.
La vista delle piramidi era veramente come da cartolina!
Lo staff, con i suoi limiti, ci ha dato l'idea di impegnarsi per il nostro soggiorno.
Come sia lo standard egiziano non lo so. Se applico quello nostro ne esce un giudizio negativo su tutta la struttura! Avevo letto molte recensioni positive e mi viene il dubbio di essere stato in un'altro albergo!!
La collocazione e' veramente infelice e da shock all'arrivo. Insegna che indica un nome differente al quello prenotato! Hall abbastanza insignificante, segni di incuria e pressapochismo in ogni dove, ma pagamento immediato, nonostante fossero le 4 di mattina e fossimo distrutti, sia dell'albergo che dell'escursione della giornata.
Stanze non tutte uguali, alcune ricondizionate ed altre piu' vecchie, mediamente pulite ed accettabili. Acsensore e scale da sturbo per arrivare al terrazzo abbastanza squallido ma grazie a Dio con una vista chiara e pulita sulle piramidi. Prima colazione senza mezzi termini...da SCHIFO sia nella forma che nel sapore. Avevamo purtroppo la mezza pensione e quindi la cena era un foglio con 9 menu' che in realta' erano 3 e simili tra loro...riso bianco, verdurine stufate e qualche pezzo di pollo arrostito o spiedino strano.! Ah c'era anche il menu' hamburger! Meno male il loro pane con tahina ed altra salsina che davano un sapore alla tavola. Tutti i giorni....sempre lo stesso....solo acqua e niente vino o birra neanche a pagamento!
Non incazzarsi e' stato arduo, anche se alla richiesta di un sovrapprezzo per un caffe' a colazione...sono sbottato! I giorni successivi me l'hanno sempre fatto gratis e con sorriso!
Ti fanno arrabbiare ma poi sono accondiscendenti e ti stemperano gli animi...ma comunque t'hanno fregato! Il piu' bravo e' Gabry. Parla italiano e' una volpe, conosce le cose, risolve le questuoni, organizza tutto, e' affidabile....e ti spilla soldi con sempre il sorriso!

L'équipe est vraiment tres gentille, Aladins de l'accueil vraiment bien et de bon conseil.
Les repas étaient tres bons.
La vue sur la terrasse est top.

The location is amazing. The staff (except the manager and owner) were really friendly and helpful when you needed them. The food was decent, nothing exceptional.
The manager/owner insistence to sell their tourist packages goes way too far, they would even come to your table in the middle of your dinner while you're eating to try and convince you.
If you're unlucky to have a room under the restaurant, be ready not to sleep much until they stop dragging tables and chairs during their cleanup rota, that could go past midnight.
Be ready not to sleep much anyway if you can't stand traffic noise as the insulation makes you feel you're in the middle of a busy road.
Todo perfecto, la ubicacion, el personal y la habitacion muy limpia. La relacion calidad precio estupenda. A destacar el personal de recepcion y de la terraza. A repetir cuando volvamos!

Gehen Sie die 100 m zur nächsten Straßenkreuzung. An der Ecke befindet sich eine Patisserie mit einem traumhaften Angebot zu sehr guten Preisen - Törtchen, Dubai-Schokolade, die "Pralinenschachteln" mit Baklava.
Das Zimmer war das schlechteste und abgewohnteste in unserer langen Traveller-Karriere, abgesehen von 2 Massenquartieren über 5000 m im Khumbu-Gebiet vor 25 Jahren. Das Bad hatte den Charme eines Bahnhofklos aus den 80-igern und der feine Fäkalduft zog langsam ins Zimmer. Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass eine ganze Autoschlange neben unseren Kopfkissen lärmt. Das Zimmer lag ungefähr 15 m direkt neben einer vielbefahrenen Hochstraße und hatte undichte Einfachverglasung.
Nach massiven Beschwerden bekamen wir am nächsten Tag ein anderes Zimmer.
Völlig kaputt, übermüdet und hungrig wurden wir am Anreiseabend vom Inhaber abgefangen, die Wochenplanung festgemacht und abkassiert. Außerdem verlangte er zunächst mehr Geld, als über booking vereinbart, Aus einer Woche, die wir frei gestalten wollten, wurde so ein durchorganisierter Urlaub, den wir abzuarbeiten hatten. Die gebuchten Ausflüge waren sehr teuer, der mitbezahlte Guide nicht vorhanden. Und wegen eines Kindes, dem es nicht gut ging, wurde ein Ausflug nicht verschoben. (Achtung: Dem Besitzer gehört auch das gegenüberliegende Hotel,)
Zwischen Dachterrasse und Pyramidenblick wurde gerade mit dem Bau eines neuen Gebäudes begonnen,
Insgesamt hätten uns gegenüber westlichen Touristen Respekt gewünscht.

Attention, il y a une taxe assez conséquente qui n’est pas visible sur le site booking, après avoir vu la facture c’est bien un problème de booking et pas une arnaque, mais le pris sera plus élevé qu’affiché (+20€ pour nous).
À notre arrivée la mauvaise chambre a été attribuée, le matelas était horrible et les fenêtres ne ferments pas, nous avons finalement pu changer de chambre la nuit suivante.
