Cons:

It's a lovely scenery outside the hotel with a very beautiful beach but A lot of coaching need to be given to workers .Also hotel standings are very poor .No good air condition , TV is no working .It's a diament but dumped in Garbage

Disappointed overall. The price is too high compared to the quality of the stay.
Pros:

The kids animation at night. The staff is nice.

Cons:

The welcome was bad. Upon our arrival, they told us they can’t find our reservation. We waited a good 20min before the lead us to our room. Which later was changed because they did not see our request (made on booking.com) for a queen bed, not 2 separate beds.
The breakfast is boring, always the same.
The room wasn’t that clean. The safe in the room did not work. The tv did not have a stand. The AC is not working right. When we go out of the room and take the card off, the electricity shuts down. The Ac, mini fridge and everything in the room is cut off. Which is very inconvenient.
