For a correct evaluation, you've got to put everything into context. It was like a good-looking island, surrounded by not very attractive neighbourhood.
My first 10 goes to the staff! Everyday they would check if everything was ok, if we needed anything, even when we were away - a genuine care. They were practically helpful all the time we needed them.
Perfect room conditions, the breakfast was enough, although it didn't seem rich at first sight, unlimited bottled water supply.
The hotel was a 2-min walk from the Sphinx entrance to the Giza pyramids plateau, cheap Uber rides to Cairo.
Nothing related to the hotel conditions and to the staff !
The neibourghood could be a bit stresful, but this is common to any Cairo outskirts.
The almost-harassing locals that would like to sell you anything or lure you into their nearby shops are a reality, but again, this had nothing to do with the hotel !

Nell’insieme buona struttura, molto buona la pulizia della stanza, buona la vista delle piramidi dal rooftop ed ottima la posizione a pochissimi minuti a piedi dall’accesso sud all’area archeologica.
L’area circostante non è proprio delle migliori, ma credo sia così in tantissime zone della città.

Environnement bruyant la nuit des chiens aboient souvent.. il y a du bruit jusqu’à 11h..
Просторные номера, удобные кровати, приятный дизайн, близость пирамид, очень чисто, новая сантехника. С удовольствием приеду снова. Была во многих гостиницахна Гизе. Соотношение цены и качества, супер!
Завтраки скудные, ресторана наверху нет. Было шумновато. Но знаю, что есть номера более тихие.
An excellent choice if you’re looking to stay close to the pyramids! The entrance to the pyramids is literally just a two minute walk away. The view from the rooftop terrace is incredible! The hotel is clean and serves a very good breakfast. We had a very comfortable stay in the family room for four. The staff is attentive without being too much.

This hotel was excellent - the room was modern and very comfortable, the staff were very friendly and the view from the rooftop over the pyramids was amazing. It was so special to have breakfast overlooking the pyramids each morning. The hotel is also just around the corner from the sphinx entrance to the pyramids area so it is a very convenient place to stay, particularly if you want to beat the crowds. I told the staff in advance that it was my birthday during our stay and they decorated our room with balloons which was such a lovely surprise. I would definitely stay here again!

Excelente ubicación y vista a las pirámides. Por el precio que pagué es excelente. La entrada a las pirámides está a unos pasos.
La zona a muchas personas le da un poco de miedo, pero la verdad es que todo tranquilo.
The hotel was close to the pyramids and had beautifull view from the terrace when eating breakfast. Breakfast was ok, traditional egyptian breakfast! Reception staff were very helpfull and assist us to book airport taxi and some tours.
Cleanless, and balcony was so dirty could not get out or keep the window open.
Very nice personnel, always trying to help.
