Staff were very friendly and rooms were lovely ,very clean with everything you would need

Cons:

Think outside area could do with a bit of furniture ,umbrellas etc just to create a nice feel

Assolutamente e positivo
Pros:

Non c'era una vera colazione, ma Isaac ci ha portato tutte le mattine degli ottimi croissant e pain au chocolat. La location è perfetta per visitare la città. Loft spazioso con un cucinino comodo per fare colazione o aperitivo in camera. Buona la scelta degli arredi. Isaac molto presente alle richieste.

Cons:

Da migliorare la coordinazione per la pulizia giornaliera delle camere. Fuori dal balconcino abbiamo trovato una bottiglia vuota con delle sigarette, segno che qualcuno usciva li a fumare e nessuno s en'è accorto. Sebbene l'aria condizionata non funzionasse, una delle due stanze da letto era fredda. La porta della doccia non si chiudeva.

Odd engrave to the room via the bathroom. Common kitchen area seating could have some lounge type seating. The bar stools get uncomfortable after a while.

Ideal für Wien-Erkundungen
Pros:

Frühstück war sehr fein - best croissant in town. Erstklassiger Kaffee. Sehr ruhiges Zimmer obwohl mitten im 1. Bezirk. Sehr freundliche Vermieter.

Cons:

Einziger Minuspunkt: das Zimmer war etwas dunkel.

Not a Boutique Hotel experience
Pros:

The location is perfect and the staff (Isaak) is great, very friendly and welcoming.
We loved the little touch: fresh croissants from the bakery delivered to the door every morning.

Cons:

It's an apart-hotel, the overall vibe was rather like you are in a holiday apartment, definitely not a Boutique Hotel experience.
The biggest minus is the bathroom arrangement: a boiler, really? It's a big one so maybe if you are quick you won't notice the inconvenience, but it's very well possible to run out of hot water while still having a hair conditioner applied.
The cleanliness was nothing impressive: there were old toothpaste stains on the wall next to the bathroom sink, most of the horizontal spaces apart from the obvious ones were very dusty.
Design choices are... yeah. I know how "intentional" industrial loft design is supposed to look - it is not that. It gives "bought an apartment and ran out of money for renovation" rather.
The lightning is simply awful, the window view is to the narrow (at least quiet) street so there is no natural light, artificial lightning in the room is definitely not enough.
Everything is very very noisy. The conditioner rattles, whistles and hums, if you go to the shower before bed and use up hot water - the boiler does the same for a couple of hours. Sleeping is possible only with earplugs.

Die Unterkunft hat eine traumhafte Lage, man bekommt morgens die leckersten Croissants überhaupt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend, kümmern sich sehr gut um einen und sind sehr nett. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet

La posizione è semplicemente fantastica, perfetta per vivere Vienna nel modo migliore. Il servizio è impeccabile, con uno staff sempre disponibile e professionale, e le pulizie sono di livello assoluto. Da ora in poi sarà senza dubbio il nostro punto di riferimento a Vienna.
