Overall really good hotel. Clean, quiet even though it is at the Main Street.
24 h reception. Early check in was 30 soles.
At least in our room there was a problem with not enough water in the toilet. Bit expensive for this relation.
Nach upgrade hatten wir ein komfortables Zimmer mit Fenster zur Straße. Die Tiefgarage ist ausreichend groß für ein 4WD
Bettwäsche wies Flecken auf. Einfachere Zimmer haben nur Fenster zu einem inneren Luftschacht.
Buena ubicación, instalaciones modernas y limpias. WiFi aceptable. Desayuno continental muy simple si uno piensa en excursiones largas. Atención solo promedio, con excepción de Andrea que demuestra su capacidad de buen trato al cliente.
Good location, modern and clean facilities. Acceptable WiFi. Very basic continental breakfast if you're planning on a long day trip. Service was only average, except for Andrea, who demonstrated excellent customer service skills.
Lo peor fue que habiendo reclamado por la falta de agua caliente, el personaje de la recepcion me dice: “voy a ver” cuando la realidad es que Tenian problemas con la terma y no se iba a solucionar hasta después. Segundo: que las habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado y era época de mosquitos y no podíamos tener las ventanas abiertas y el cuarto calentaba que no dejaba descansar. Tercero, el colchón de la cama es un poco más duro de lo deseado. 4to: Pido café con leche, me contestan,”no hay leche. Pido un sandwich p pagar adicional, “no ha venido la que prepara. Pido pimienta molida: “se acabó”. Momento en q exclamo: en tooodaaa Cocina siempre hay pimienta. Lamentablemente no lo recomendaria.
The worst part was that after complaining about the lack of hot water, the receptionist told me, "I'll look into it," when in reality they were having problems with the water heater and it wouldn't be fixed until later. Second, the rooms don't have air conditioning, and it was mosquito season, so we couldn't leave the windows open, and the room got so hot we couldn't sleep. Third, the mattress was a bit harder than I would have liked. Fourth, I asked for coffee with milk, and they told me, "There's no milk." I asked for a sandwich to pay extra, and they said, "The one who has to prepare it, is not coming." I asked for ground pepper: "We're out." At which point I exclaimed, "Every kitchen always has pepper!" Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Super hotel, with indoor parking and great staff! The room was fantastic, the beds comfortable and a great shower. The restaurant provided a great meal, as did the cafeteria for breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel!
Terra Premium appeared to be a new hotel. It is located about 10 minutes from the Central Park (Plaza de Armas).
There were only two drawbacks: the bathroom and shower area were small (my husband is 6ft+) and there was no fan (the weather was warm and the room got a little stuffy. We opened the window, but that allowed all the traffic noise in!)
The staff was wonderful and the service great.
