Pros:

We felt very welcomed, staff was extremely helpful, location is close enough to the centre, and the view from the terrace is mesmerising.

Cons:

If you're traveling in the winter months, expect it to be chilly, the room is big and even with the heater it's difficult to warm it up properly. However, you can expect a comfortable sleep with the help of a duvet and a bed warmer.

Extremely courteous staff. 3rd Floor rooms on terrace are exceptionally well located. We saw the breathtaking View of mountains sitting in the room

Cons:

Hotel does not have a proper restaurant and it's far off from the Mall Road. You've to walk down for at least 15 minutes to reach @Keventers

Pros:

Staff behavior was at par. The owner really took care of us and was very helpful with location to nearby market places. The room quality was pretty good. It had all the necessary amenities such as blankets, pillows, kettle, milk, coffee ans tea packets, soaps, shampoo and water bottles. Bed was clean and comfortable and so was the bathroom. The exceptional thing was the view from balcony of the great Kanchenjunga.

Great location and a gem of a find
Pros:

Our room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and the bed very comfortable.
The bathroom was a wet room with a good shower.
The staff were very helpful and obliging.
The view from the terrace in front of our room onto the Himalaya could only be described as breath taking.
The location was superb being only a few minutes walk from the station and a relatively gentle walk to the city center.

Cons:

Their main business is hostel accomodation on the lower floors.
The owners have only just completed renovating the guest rooms , and I think we were possibly their first western visitors.
They are trying very hard but just missing the mark on a couple of points which we discussed with them as we were leaving. An example being in the wet room there was no mop or scraper which ment the floor was left slippery and wet when using the toilet.
Saying that the points we raised with them can be easily remedied and I wish them all the luck in the world and would certainly stay with them again if we return.

Pros:

I stayed at this hotel for four days. The rooms are cozy, the washrooms are neat and clean, and the location is excellent. Room service was good, and the complimentary breakfast was tasty. I highly recommend this hotel.
