It was OK. The hotel is well located but needs to improve infrastructure.

The WIFI. It was impossible to work or have any online meetings at the property. Also, the TV worked using the same wifi signal which means it was impossible to use...

Hacer mas controles de mantenimiento preventivos a los equipos eléctricos y los baños, principalmente si hay fugas de ag

El perosnal muy atento

Cons:

No tenían buenas las mantenciones de los equipos, principalmente el aire acondicionado, nuestra habitación tuvo fallas el aire acondicionado y al ser habitaciones tan pequeñas el calor se concentra mas, el lavamanos también tenía como una fuga de agua, el lugar es agradable pero deben ser más cuidadosos con las mantenciones de algunos equipos que son de gran necesidad, y más en Cali que es una ciudad donde su clima es bochornoso y en las noches más.

- Fikk velkomstdrikke på huset da jeg ankom
- Rent og ryddig hotell
- Veldig god seng
- Kjøleskap på rommet
- Mye for pengene
- Kort vei til serveringssteder og kjøpesentre
- De lager frokost til deg
- Frokost- og rengjøringspersonalet var veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme

Cons:

- Frokosten skulle vare til 10, men var ofte i praksis pakket ned før 9.30
- Det kunne vært noen flere alternativer til frokosten, f.eks. toast med pålegg
