Nice place & friendly people. Great for an overnight stay, but not a week. This place needs repairs.
Pros:

Oscar (owner/manager) and the staff were very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was very good. They tried their very best to accommodate us when it came to our breakfast morning meals. There was a small language barrier, but the staff tried there best to communicate with us in English, and we with them in Spanish. Praise God for Translation Apps.

Cons:

The place is nice. It has a beautiful retro Spanish layout style to it, but lacks lots of maintenance.

- In our bathroom, the blow dryer holder was on the wall, but no blow-dryer was to be found. The toilet paper holder was broken, and the toilet paper kept falling on the floor every time you tried using it. In both our room and my daughter's room, the toilet seats were loose and broken. Every time you sat down, it would move around.

- The ceiling fan in our bedroom is suppose to hold 4 bulbs, but there was only 1 light bulb, the other 3 sockets with empty, and the ceiling fan was not functioning. When it was evening the room became very dark. We were forced to open a night stand light, but still, it did not illuminate the entire room.

- The front grounds gate was always locked and we had to call or ring for someone to come open the gate each and every time you come or leave the property, which was a little inconvenient. Also, there was a evening curfew every night. No one could be out in the backyard by the pool or TV area after 22:00 hrs. This said, this was for safety, also for making noise for customers renting the back rooms facing the backyard as sound would travel (which kind of makes sense). Although, Oscar was nice enough to extend the curfew in the backyard when the rooms facing the backyard weren't rented out. The backyard sound system and TV Amazon Fire stick or Rouko device weren't working properly, so we had to call Oscar or someone else, every time we wanted to use them. But they were nice enough to comply and help us.

- Lastly, at the end of the stay, for one reason of another, we were having problems paying with our Credit cards and PayPal accounts. His system wasn't recognize our payment, therefore we were forced to rush to a local bank to withdrawal the money and pay cash for our accommodations.

Lugar perfecto para descarzar y conectarte con la naturaleza, la vista a la ciudad es perfecta.
Pros:

La atencion de propietarios y personal es extraordinario, delicioso desayuno, gente amable, siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Te hacen sentir como en casa. Preciosa casa, hermoso ambiente. Las mañanas con un café escuchar y ver los pajaritos es sin igual.

Cons:

Todo me gusstó, solo que hay que tener vehículo para movilizarte y no hay tiendas cerca.

Agradable, lo mejor de todo el personal del hotel, la cama muy comada y el desayudo bueno.

Cons:

el tema de la llegada en la noche, por el sistema de entrada hasta las 10:00pm y se formo un enredo con el tema que el dueño manda una clave , que las puestas se cierran,fue en ultimas estresante sentir que no podiamos entrar al hotel despues de 10:00 pm. el encargado de dar la clave de ingreso en la noche, demora mucho tiempo para responder el watsap.

Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und empfehlenswert zum Ausruhen.
Es gibt genügend Parkplätze auf der Straße und die Sicherheitslage ist gut. Darüber hinaus gibt es auf der Straße Wachpersonal.
Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr hilfsbereit, kommunikativ und freundlich.
Der Ausblick aus dem Frühstücksraum ist herrlich.

Cons:

Da das Hotel auf einem kleinen Hügel liegt, braucht man immer ein Auto.

La ubicación , amabilidad del personal

Cons:

El olor de la habitación era muy fuerte ( lo que usan para limpiarlas, tiene un olor fuerte) y las instalaciones ya requieren mantenimiento, pero en general la relación caliudad -precio, esta bien. Para dormir una noche estuvo bien.

Excelente todo!!
Pros:

Todo nos encanto, en especial la atención, todos fueron muy amables y nos ayudaron en todo lo que necesitamos. El desayuno delicioso, la comodidad, la ubicación, la tranquilidad y seguridad en la zona son un plus. La verdad disfrutamos mucho la estadía... Cuando volvamos a Bucaramanga seguro regresamos a este hotel.

Cons:

Solo una sugerencia, que la piscina sea climatizada. De lo contrario todo estuvo genial.

Finalmente no nos hospedamos allí.

Cons:

La habitación no tenía nevera y la necesitábamos para almacenar un medicamento, el televisor y el aire acondicionado estaban dañados, ubicación lejos de la ciudad sin acceso a centros comerciales cercanos ni lugares para comer algo fácilmente. Cobran descorche si se pide comida o bebida a domicilio.

Die Aussicht war gut

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr sparsam eingerichtet. Keine Steckdose und Lichtschalter am Bett. Kein Stuhl um etwas anzulegen. Keine Kleiderbügel. Frühstück gewöhnungsbedürftig. Keine Sitzgelegenheiten auf dem schönen großen Balkon.
