Location and view from balcony
No idea it was not a hotel but an air b n b. Booked via booking. Com thinking it was a hotel! Pool towels bath towels we washed daily no housekeeping no cleaning toilet blocked for two days. We are a family four adults one child only linen for two single beds and king bed no extra bed or bedding. Super disappointing had no idea the condo was an air b n b had nothing to do with conceive front desk extremely surprised.
La localisation a Waikiki, face a la plage, juste la rue a traverser. Le parking intérieur gardé. L'espace dans l'appartement et la grande terrasse donnant sur l'océan. La climatisation. La qualité des équipements.
Tout était parfait
The location is fantastic. The view is superb. It was a very comfortable spacious condo for us. (Two couples) We spent a lot of time sitting on the lanai enjoying the view and relaxing. Great to have good kitchen facilities and a washing machine. We made use of the communal BBQ and its dining area. Note this area needs to be booked, but really worth it with staff preheating the BBQ for your time slot and cleaning the BBQ afterwards. (Note this property is a private condo in the Waikiki Beach Tower, run by the Ashton group.) We had to Valet park the car with staff at the entrance. Reception staff were helpful to a point that it then became the owners responsibility.
It was a shame one of the outdoor chairs was broken as we spent so much time out there. (Dining chair was used on occasion but not as comfortable to relax in.) We started with only 2 wine glasses but that was quickly sorted by our host. Our host was very helpful and quick to respond so no issues there.

Perfect access to Kuhio beach. The staff downstairs some of the best in the business. Room was clean
The a\c only works if you put thermostat on 50. The building is old and outdated and highly priced. The font entrance is a current homeless hangout due to the McDonald's put front. They are very aggressive and frightening, and no one seems interested in doing anything about it. This isn't really the condo fault, but I think the HOA should do something about it.

Amazing view of Waikiki beach from the apartment. The apartment was so spacious and had all amenities to make for a great long stay! The host was very helpful and was always available when I needed assistance. Thank you for a wonderful stay my family and I enjoyed our vacation even more knowing we had an amazing room waiting for us at the end of each day. Also all the staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful!
Amazing view of Waikiki beach. Comfortably sized for an apartment catering to 6 people. Excellent location one block away from the beach and close to plenty of shops.
Some extra kitchen amenities such as olive oil, sugar, etc. would have made the stay perfect!
The location was EXCELLENT! 1/2 block from Kuhio Beach with plenty of restaurants nearby. We loved the valet service. The guys were always available to help and cheerful. And they are masters at packing the car. Checkin was a breeze, and the staff was VERY accommodating. Our unit was very private and quiet - we never heard other guests at all. The balcony was amazing, and we spent all of our time out there. The beds were comfy and the sofa bed was pretty good too.
We loved the gorgeous and expansive view from the lanai, living room and kitchen. It was a very special place to start our Hawaiian Christmas holiday. We loved sitting on the lanai and listening to the ocean and enjoying the stunning sunsets. The property was well equipped with everything we needed, including beach chairs, beach towels, snorkels and umbrellas. The location was great and valet parking staff were all very friendly, welcoming and helpful.
The a/c in the back bedroom was not working well and we had to turn it to 50 degrees just to make the room bearable. There were no directions to the property’s driveway entrance. It was difficult to find where to enter because the entrance was not at the property’s street address. It was impossible to find using map navigation. We didn’t even know the name of condo building: Wikiki Beach Tower. We ended up having to call the owner from our car to help us find the entrance. Also, there were no guest instructions about the condo inside the property. We had to contact the manager to ask questions and get suggestions for restaurants, etc. For future guests, please include a guest info book. Also, there was no pool because it was under repair and not available.
The location was perfect on the main stretch of Waikiki. Could walk to the beach, shops & restaurants. Great valets and reception staff. However, as great & comfortable the condo was; the balcony view made the whole experience worth while. We enjoyed sitting out there every morning and evening for sun rise and sunset.
We had to leave!
