Einzigartige Gastgeber in wunderbarem Appartement

Alles an den AVA Appartements ist ganz wunderbar, die großzügigen, modernen Räume, die Ausstattung, die Lage nahe zum Park und die Fürsorglichkeit des Personals. Wir haben uns noch nie in einem Hotel so umsorgt gefühlt! Einzigartig! Selbst unserem Auto ging es gut!

A great modern hotel with genuinely lovely staff
Pros:

Modern, clean and well maintained throughout. The bed was big and comfortable - no complaints there.

The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make us feel welcome. Little touches like that make a real difference.

Would definitely stay again.

Cons:

The TV was a bit of a letdown - no streaming services or Chromecast support, so you're limited to basic channels. Not a dealbreaker, but worth knowing if you're hoping to stream something at the end of the day.

I was very pleased with the accommodations and the service, an excellent place to stay in a great location and very safe
Pros:

Exceptional service and facilities. Front desk, extremely courteous and professional. Rooms were wonderful and safe very convenient to have the parking lot right next-door and proximity to NIARCHOS Center is definitely a plus.

The best variant in Kallithea
Pros:

Cool new facilities in the very good location near Stavros Niarchos Culture Center with amazing park. Also near the sea and 15 minutes to the center of the City. 5m walk and you can find 24h shop. Several restaurants are located in the Culture Center with outstanding kitchen.
