Off the beaten track but recommend. Staff so helpful. With 7 rooms for our family trip very good
Pros:

Ability to have whole family in one guest house terrific. Staff amazing. Guitarist and singer during evening a bonus. Had food delivered and had access to private dining room with waiter.

Cons:

Shower only produced boiling water but was able to shower upstairs

Great service - Billard table great for kids - need for modernization
Pros:

Sarath is a great guy and we really felt valued and nicely treated. If needed something Sarath always tried to make it possible and he did. Our kids loved that there were games incl a billard table in the lobby. The food was also delicious and we don’t have any complaints regarding the service.

Cons:

The hotel seems to not have been modernized/renovated in quite a time. The furniture was partly broken or not in best shape, the carpet looks like it should be replaced soon due to stains and the furniture etc was partly dusty. The windows should be cleaned from the outside. We believe the hotel has potential for western guests/tourists but it needs replacing/renovation and modernization

Pros:

The location was really nice!

Cons:

There was no AC or fan in the room. There was no ventilation at all. The bathroom was mouldy and there was a water leak from the toilet making it disgusting.

Die Abreise und das Frühstück

Cons:

Unsauberes Riesen-Zimmer ohne Möbel und mit kaputten Vorhängen, Party im Hotel mit Trommeln und Gesang bis zu meiner Beschwerde um 23 Uhr. Zimmer mit zwei Betten und Lake View gebucht aber nur ein Zimmer mit einem Bett und Blick auf ein Feld bekommen.

Beautiful but away from the main town
Pros:

The location was both advantage and disadvantage. It is situated way above from the main town and hence it was fully foggy all the time. But that made it beautiful too.

Cons:

Because of the foggy weather, we couldn’t go out much. But that’s not related to the property as such.

Disappointing, misleading
Pros:

On the signs they advertise with “luxury boutique hotel”. Sadly the hotel itself was far from anything luxury or boutique.
The hotel is not well maintained, so it doesn’t look anything like the pictures published by the hotel anymore.
The hotel is just like the plant we found in our bathroom, its best time is over.
The rooms and general areas are very worn down, there were holes in the walls everywhere.
Also the hygiene was disappointing, I found a hair in my bed, long hair in the shower and mold near the sink, the toilet and on the walls.
The area where breakfast and dinner are served are in the corridor, right in front of the rooms, and the doors do not block the sound. During my stay they played loud music and there was a group of people making a lot of noise in the evening. I had to use earplugs to be able to sleep.
Breakfast was okay, but looks NOTHING like the pictures published by the hotel.

We did not have a pleasant stay and were happy to leave.

Peaceful & Pleasant Stay
Pros:

hotel located at outskirt with a lake view near by to city everything within 4-5 Km's range.
as we were in off-season the staff gave us option to select the room which we would like to stay within the same category.
for dinner we arranged food & drinks from outside but the staff made special arrangement for us inside the hotel on the same floor at the dinning area.
this location is a hill station and they don't have FAN or AC inside the rooms but on our demand they provided a small table fan to circulate the air for breathing.
the breakfast they served was a set menu instead of buffet.
for our 1.5yr toddler they had a baby chair.
carry winter cloths if you are travelling to this city.

Cons:

For driver only paid accommodation was available which was an extra cost.
