Die Abreise und das Frühstück
Unsauberes Riesen-Zimmer ohne Möbel und mit kaputten Vorhängen, Party im Hotel mit Trommeln und Gesang bis zu meiner Beschwerde um 23 Uhr. Zimmer mit zwei Betten und Lake View gebucht aber nur ein Zimmer mit einem Bett und Blick auf ein Feld bekommen.

The location was both advantage and disadvantage. It is situated way above from the main town and hence it was fully foggy all the time. But that made it beautiful too.
Because of the foggy weather, we couldn’t go out much. But that’s not related to the property as such.

On the signs they advertise with “luxury boutique hotel”. Sadly the hotel itself was far from anything luxury or boutique.
The hotel is not well maintained, so it doesn’t look anything like the pictures published by the hotel anymore.
The hotel is just like the plant we found in our bathroom, its best time is over.
The rooms and general areas are very worn down, there were holes in the walls everywhere.
Also the hygiene was disappointing, I found a hair in my bed, long hair in the shower and mold near the sink, the toilet and on the walls.
The area where breakfast and dinner are served are in the corridor, right in front of the rooms, and the doors do not block the sound. During my stay they played loud music and there was a group of people making a lot of noise in the evening. I had to use earplugs to be able to sleep.
Breakfast was okay, but looks NOTHING like the pictures published by the hotel.
We did not have a pleasant stay and were happy to leave.

hotel located at outskirt with a lake view near by to city everything within 4-5 Km's range.
as we were in off-season the staff gave us option to select the room which we would like to stay within the same category.
for dinner we arranged food & drinks from outside but the staff made special arrangement for us inside the hotel on the same floor at the dinning area.
this location is a hill station and they don't have FAN or AC inside the rooms but on our demand they provided a small table fan to circulate the air for breathing.
the breakfast they served was a set menu instead of buffet.
for our 1.5yr toddler they had a baby chair.
carry winter cloths if you are travelling to this city.
For driver only paid accommodation was available which was an extra cost.
Very good breakfast (mainly Sri Lankan menu). Friendly and supportive staff.

Very nice location uphill with good view of gregory lake from the room. Room were quite spacious and clean, with natural light and good ventilation. Cherry on the top is the great staff and service - always smiling, ready to help!!
