Don’t think twice about staying here!
Pros:

The owner is lovely and always quick to answer our messages. Apartment was tidy and of high Rumanian standard.
Gina paid for our parking 🙂 Breakfast included a 8 min walk to a hotel; breakfast was good!
Gina also offered to wash and dry our clothes (we didn’t not take this offer but it was good to know!).
We stayed in the two bedroom unit; our kids loved it, too!

Cons:

Minor things like some holes in the bed sheet. No shower curtain; high bathtub, can see this being a problem for older people since getting in/out is tricky and you have to sit in the tub.

Ferienwohnung okay, aber mehr erwartet.
Pros:

Die Lage war wie beschrieben in der Nähe der Altstadt gelegen, in 5-10 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Ferienwohnung war ruhig gelegen, mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin war außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit, sie war stets erreichbar und hat uns mit allen wichtigen Informationen versorgt.

Cons:

Zunächst haben wir keine Parkmöglichkeit gefunden. Die Zufahrt bis zu der Unterkunft war verkehrsmäßig gar nicht zulässig und somit nicht möglich. Wir mussten uns im Innenstadtbereich einen Parkplatz suchen. Die Parkgebühren wurden zwar von der Vermieterin übernommen, dennoch möchte ich auf eine Parkplatzsuche in der City einer fremden Stadt gerne verzichten, wenn eine Unterkunft mit Parkplatz gebucht wurde. Das Apartment war schlecht ausgewiesen und etwas schwierig zu finden, zudem standen wir zunächst vor verschlossener Tür und mussten erst die Vermieterin kontaktieren. Wir erhielten sodann einen Code für den Zugang zum Zimmer. Sämtliche Kommunikation erfolgte nur über WhatsApp, es war zu keiner Zeit jemand persönlich vor Ort. Zudem handelt es sich um eine Apartmentanlage im Innenhof. Dieser stellt dann wohl den beschriebenen Garten dar. Das Restaurant befindet sich in einem anderen Hotel und ist etwa 10-15 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Vor Ort ist somit kein persönlicher Ansprechpartner, kein reservierter Parkplatz, kein Restaurant oder Spa-Bereich. Es sind schlichtweg hübsche Ferienwohnungen in Citynähe. Wir hatten nach der Beschreibung tatsächlich ein Hotel mit Restaurant erwartet. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist in dieser Konstellation leider nicht angemessen.

The hoast was lovely, the vibe of the place was to dream for and location wise, it was spot on. Strada Sforii is like 2 minutes away 🤩

Gina the manager was amazing and professional, great location, apartments interior is unpleasant.
Pros:

We stayed at this apartment complex in Brașov and had mixed impressions. We took two apartments. On the positive side, the location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the old city of Braşov, by the mountains and amazing view of the forest and famous ”Braşov” sign. The inner courtyard is absolutely beautiful.
The manager, Gina, was wonderful: kind, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to help us. She is a big part of the reason we had a comfortable stay. Such an amazing and professional person.

Cons:

‏Unfortunately, the interior of the apartments was very disappointing: outdated and not greatly maintained, which really took away from the overall experience.

The parking situation was an absolute nightmare. Even though we parked in a legal spot, the neighbors called the authorities because the car was slightly too far from the curb, and we were towed in the middle of the night. It was a stressful and unpleasant experience that almost ruined our stay.
‎‏With some renovation this place could be amazing, but as it is now, it was a mixed experience.

Surgió un problema eléctrico que afectó al termo y la calefacción y nos reubicaron en un apartamento enorme. Además nos ayudaron a llegar a él sin problemas y nos explicaron todo. Muchas gracias por todo!!!

Pros:

The location is spectacular, the apartment was very spacious and very clean. The bed is extremely comfortable. The breakfast as well had good options (including vegetarian).
The place is very close to the city center as well as the hike to Mt. Tâmpa.
Definitely worth it and would recommend it to anyone who wants to have a stay in the heart of Brasov.

Perfekter Aufenthalt für ein paar schöne Tage
Pros:

Der Checkin hat wie beschrieben sehr gut funktioniert. Die Dame hat sich am nächsten Tag über Whatsapp nochmals gemeldet und nachgefragt, ob auch alles in Ordnung ist oder ich noch etwas benötige. Das Appartement ist sehr sauber. Toilette und Bad sind wirklich in Ordnung und die Hand- und Badetücher von hoher Qualität.
Ich kann das Appartement wirklich nur weiterempfehlen. Nochmals danke, war sehr schön.
