ならぬことはならぬものです
Pros:

駐車場代が無料で国道沿いなので飲食には最高のロケーションでした。朝ごはんもコーヒーも美味しいです。

Cons:

会津観光が目的だったので街内から遠いし結局街中で有料の駐車場を探すことに。やたらホテル中に盗難注意の貼り紙がしてあり気になりました。ならぬ事はならぬものです？が有名な会津なのに残念です。

ホテルマンの専門職としてのあり方について
Pros:

大浴場があり疲れが取れ良かった。アメニティも充実していた。シャンプー後の耳の水分拭き取りに綿棒があれば更に良いと思う。

Cons:

2時30分にチェックインして3時まで待つようにと言われたのでフロント前のソファに座っていました。45分に来た方が、色々な説明を受け鍵等を受け取りエレベーターに乗って行きました。えっと思い違う従業員の方に先ほどの流れを伝えるとすぐ鍵等を渡されました。どういう事でしょうか？3時のチェックイン時間を守るならお客全員、平等にしてください。また、タクシーも混んでいて無理と言われたが、自分で調べて電話したらすぐに来てくれた。知らない土地なので聞いたまで。もっと親切にしてくれも良いと思う。ホテルから給料もらっているんだから真剣に仕事に取り組んでください。(最初の従業員の方)
