Absolutely NOTHING!

The rooms were in a state of disrepair and had not been cleaned. The washroom, linens, carpet... everything was dirty. Some light fixtures were broken, holes in the ceiling, smell of weed was pervasive. A cockroach running across the floor was the last straw and we decided to leave.

Property was absolutely disgusting. Mould in all the rooms, furniture looks like it came from a flooded house, carpet not cleaned. Baggies and ash laying on windowsills, awful smell, non working refrigerator, microwave filthy and missing turntable. We did not even stay it was so bad.

The staff had no clue what they were doing. The whole hotel smelled like cigarette smoke. The room smelled of cigarettes. The room was filthy. The bathtub was filthy and did not drain the water. The AC was broken and did not work.

The room was filthy everywhere, there was disgusting mold in the microwave due to the dirt, the nightstand seemed to be full of vomit inside, the pillows had a yellow stain and I could tell you many more things, the whole room was full of cockroaches: a total disaster.

Room description included a fireplace, robes, coffee maker that were not there. We even had to go back to the desk to get towls.

As soon as I walked in it was a mistake. I came to the counter and two people asked me to wait 10 minutes to check in because they were eating dinner. I checked in and my husband, and 5 year old came in. We went to our "non-smoking " room and was immediately hit by cigarette smoke and weed smoke. I went to set my bag down because we were exhausted after working all day and then driving three hours, and stopped because I immediately saw bugs crawling on the dresser and bed. We walked out. Don't buy the travel insurance because they don't reimburse anything due to any of these issues. When they asked why we were leaving we said bugs and they weren't even surprised. I had to use every penny I had to find a clean hotel at the last minute ar 9 pm. Absolutely disgusting.

The hotel is very dirty and poorly maintained. The microwave is missing the glass plate, the refrigerator is broken, and the side door doesn’t work. you have to use the front or back entrance. I also saw a few live roaches in the drawers.

This place was filfy would not let my dog stay here it had mold mice bugs wires hanging out of the wall reaked of smoke.
