La ubicación es excelente, inmejorable, del desayuno lo que no me gustó fue el pan, será que no estoy acostumbrado a ese tipo de pan un poco dulce, pero no es algo importante

The hotel was very good. The room was spacious and clean, the bedding and shower were very good and the breakfast was also good.
The taxi service to Tarapoto was also very good. The hotel also has a restaurant.
One tip bring a warm jacket or thick sweater for the restaurants in Chachapoyas as it can get quite cold.
Because of the language barrier, we didn’t always understand each other, but that’s something to expect when travelling in this area. The staff were very friendly and the service was excellent.
La habitación. Una cama grande y cómoda, un tv smart que muchos hoteles grandes suelen tener desactualizado pero este no, y tenía agua caliente.
El personal del restaurante parecía nuevo, fue amable pero estaba algo perdido en cuanto a los platos de la carta

Ein in jeder Beziehung sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Das Hotel befindet sich in einem typischen kolonialzeitlichen, aber funktional komplett modernisierten Haus.. Die Ausstattung ist entsprechend und liebevoll zusammengestellt und erinnert eher an ein gut ausgestattetes Privathaus oder ein Museum, so dass keine nüchterne Hotelatmosphäre aufkommt. Alle Mitarbeiter, insbesondere an der Rezeption, waren in jeder Hinsicht freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt in der Haupteinkaufsstraße (Fussgängerzone). Zum Hauptplatz, etwa 20 Meter entfernt, kann man mit dem Auto fahren. Die Küche des Hotelrestaurants ist ausgezeichnet. Hierher möchte man wirklich gerne wieder zurückkommen.
Kritikpunkte habe ich keine, man sollte nur beachten, dass man das Gepäck etwa 20 Meter vom Hoteleingang entfernt ausladen muss.

La puerta de la ducha es un poco pequeña y las toallas que algunas están limpias pero algo percudidas es mínimo pero podría mejorar
Zentral gelegen. Gemütlich und sauber. Es gab ein Frühstück mit sehr guten Kaffe. Sehr zu empfehlen!
Sehr hilfsbereites Personal, das mir bei Problemen mit den Touranbietern half. Sehr zentrale Lage. Sehr abwechslungsreiches Frühstück. Gute Zimmer. Straßengeräusche hörte ich nicht.
Aber. Fenster zum Innenhof, wo sich die Rezeption befindet. Daher laut während der Rezeptionszeiten.

The door is close too early, despite the hollidays during the days we were at the hotel, nevertheless there was somebody ready to open.
