The room keys were missing. So every time I had to enter the room the receptionist had to use the master key. The room was not clean, the floor was dusty
The fan didn't work properly as well.

An average hotel to stay for a short visit, but paying more than what we derive.
Pros:

Nothing special to describe. Only thing is, the hotel is in a serene living area.

Cons:

The location is remote having no nearby access to restaurants or food courts. There was no Break fast provided by the hotel and does not include in the booking room rate. The small double bed room charge was 2500 which never meet our expectation and value for money paid. There is no fridge or microwave Owen available in the room. An average hotel with limited facility . And lot of fly and mosquito problems.

Terrible stay with no electricity and fire alarms all night
Cons:

I had a terrible experience at this property. On the very first day, there was no electricity for hours, and the fire alarm kept going off non-stop through the night until around 3 AM. It was impossible to sleep in such conditions, and I had no choice but to check out the next morning. I contacted OYO support immediately and was promised a refund for the remaining 3 nights. However, even after several follow-ups and escalation emails, OYO has not refunded a single rupee to date.

BTW, the hotel staff was extremely courteous and did apologize for the inconvenience, but that doesn’t help me — the experience was ruined, and OYO has shown zero accountability. Would not recommend this property through OYO to anyone.
