An expensive very cheap hotel
Pros:

Place is clean and quiet. Generally the staff is friendly.

Cons:

They tried to charge me more than what was agreed on when I booked on booking.com

No coffee/tea available.

No hair dryers available.

No ice machines.

No pots, pans, plates, silverware, glasses, except to be bought.

No place to their away garbage.

Rooms are quite small.

Absolute minimum of towels provided.

Good place to spend the night!
Pros:

It is a very clean and new hotel. Beds are cozy.
Showerhead was awesome!
Area seems very safe.
Starbucks is opening in the adjacent lot soon. .

Cons:

Noise echos from other rooms and hallway.
Kitchen does not come with any plates, utensils, or glassware. No coffee or coffee pot.

Great experience
Pros:

It was close to the hospital and areas i needed to be near. Great staff, very accommodating, very friendly. Very clean facility. I felt safe and very comfortable. I will return at a future time!!

Cons:

Only negative was whomever was staying above me sounded like they were moving the bed most of the night and rolling bowling balls on the floor. It did not bother me much.

Worth the price and very comfortable
Pros:

It was comfortable, great staff, big frig, stove top, the room was very clean, don't have to leave to do laundry!

Pros:

Staff and clean.

Cons:

Walls and floors too thin. I could hear everything the other people were doing in the next room. Couldn't sleep for several nights. I had to request a room change. It was very inconvenient.

I served the purpose for why I was there.
Pros:

I didn't eat breakfast on property. I like that the location was next to my event.

Cons:

When I arrived to the first room I was given there was dried urine on the toilet seat. I called the front desk and was given another room.
