Team fanno veramente un ottimo lavoro nella gestione del posto e accoglienza del cliente.
Le camere son belle pulite e moderne, noi avevamo vista lago, con un balcone dove ci rilassavamo a guardare la natura che ti circonda. Per postarsi per le attività consigliano dei tour , altrimenti hanno delle mototaxi di fiducia se non si vuole stare dipendenti da gruppi di persone, e ti porta dove preferisci.
Colazione molto buona e varia ogni giorno.

Definitivamente el mejor hotel en Tarapoto.
La atención es completamente personalizada y el personal es increíblemente amable. Me ayudaron en absolutamente todo. Estuve sola con mi hija y en todo momento me sentí protegida y segura, especialmente durante los tours, gracias a las recomendaciones del equipo del hotel.

The first time we traveled to the Peruvian jungle, our choice of hotel was very successful!
