Water pressure too high in bathroom. Need to have good adjustments on pressure and volume to get nice flow.

Payment facilities limited. Professional staff inadequate at night.
I had a transit flight to bangkok from Mauritius, we had 8 hours to spend in bengaluru. So i book 3 rooms in this hotel for my family to shower, rest and eat before my next flight. I had to wait in the lobby for 2 hours because the trainee staff could not charge my card and he did not know what to do. He told me to go get cash from atm while my family waited in the lobby. They were all tired and hungry. Atms were also closed.

I had dollars on me. Hotel had my credit card on the system. Rooms were under reservation for me. Still the trainee staff did not know what to do. Only when i suggested he called the manager to ask if we can occupy the room while they try other methods to charge my card.

Finally the issue was with their card machine. That machine is for local offline payment only. And he kept trying all my cards on the same damn machine. Finally the manager got my cards details and charged me same night.

I already informed hotel via booking message that i will check in at 6pm and check out at 1 am. I requested for packed breakfast. They confirmed online. But when i reached there, they had no idea. Then we put something together quickly, but forgot to add any drinks. The reception guy even told me i had to pay for coffee at dinner.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. Basic amenities like soap were not provided in the room, which is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one that charges guests for comfort and service.

When I contacted the front desk to address the issue, the staff member was extremely rude and unhelpful. Instead of apologizing or resolving the problem, they spoke in a disrespectful manner, which made the situation even worse.

Good service and basic hygiene supplies should be standard. Unfortunately, this hotel failed on both counts. I would not recommend staying here.

Customer service was poor. I complained twice about the bathroom shower. I couldn't use it because the water was very hot, but they ignored my concerns.

The bath towels could be a bit better. Otherwise all the amenities provided are at the 5-star level.

I didn’t like the service, I called 4 times before reaching the hotel, one of the front desk said call you back after her lunch but she didn’t and talked with male staff to make ready for my room but nope when we were there, room wasn’t ready for thriple occupancy which booked for three person.

The lady receptionist

1. The bedsheets and pillow covers were never changed even though we checked in only at 12.05am.
2. The construction was going on all sides and curtain could not opened for any outside view.
3. The hot water did not work and started functioning only at 8am next morning

The manager was difficult to deal with. According to booking.com our room was for two adults and a child but he insisted he would charge us an extra thousand even after we showed him the details shared by booking.com We were only given a twin room, and he made no effort to provide us a king bed or an extra bed. The hotel itself has an access road problem, with the last hundred metres being unpaved and not well lit.
