Irreführende Darstellung – mit einem „Seehotel“ hat das wenig zu tun
Pros:

Das Zimmer war modern und stilvoll ausgebaut

Cons:

Für mich ist der Name „Seehotel am Hallstätter See“ schlicht irreführend. Wer diesen Namen liest, erwartet ein Hotel direkt am See mit eigenem Seezugang. Genau dieser Eindruck wird meiner Meinung nach auch durch die Bilder auf der Website vermittelt.
Vor meiner Anreise wurde mir von der Rezeption mitgeteilt, dass es den Pool nicht mehr gibt, man dafür aber „direkt in den See springen“ könne. Was dabei verschwiegen wurde: Man muss zuerst das Hotel verlassen und ins öffentliche Strandbad gehen. Von einem direkten Seezugang oder einem hoteleigenen Badebereich kann also keine Rede sein.
Besonders ärgerlich ist, dass erst nach genauer Betrachtung oder nach dem Aufenthalt auffällt, dass das prominent gezeigte Luftbild offenbar nicht den vermeintlichen Hotelstrand zeigt, sondern das öffentliche Strandbad. Hätte ich das vor der Buchung erkannt, hätte ich mich vermutlich für eine andere Unterkunft entschieden.
Als Gast bin ich es leid, ständig zwischen den Zeilen lesen zu müssen. Ich buche ein Hotel und keine Schnitzeljagd nach versteckten Informationen. Wenn wesentliche Fakten erst bei genauer Recherche oder vor Ort auffallen, läuft in der Kommunikation etwas falsch.
Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich, aber Freundlichkeit ersetzt keine Transparenz. Zurück bleibt das Gefühl, dass hier gezielt Erwartungen geweckt werden, die das Hotel in dieser Form nicht erfüllen kann.
Für mich war das eine Enttäuschung und ich werde dieses Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen.

Me pareció caro para lo que ofrece. El desayuno ok, pero esperaba más.
Tiene estacionamiento pero no se puede reservar previamente, llegamos de noche tarde y estaba lleno, entonces tuvimos que salir a buscar donde dejar el auto en la calle

Pros:

Csodás helyen van a Hotel. Szép, új épületben voltunk elszállásolva. Az ágyak is kényelmesek voltak. A reggeli is bőséges volt. A recepción segítőkész és kedves volt a hölgy. Elégedettek voltunk mindennel.

Uklid pokoje a čisté ručníky každý den. Pestrá snídaně. V restauraci poblíž (pizzeria) se překvapivě dá najíst docela dobře.

Cons:

Extra platba za parkování. Přistýlka na pokoji opřená o zeď. Výhled na staveniště místo na jezero.
