The location was perfect for our trip.
Pros:

The stay was great! We will be back. Breakfast was very good. Evening drinks in the lounge was convenient. The exercise room was well equipped.

Cons:

The pool water was so cold it was not enjoyable. It took all evening to warm back up.

Avoid the pool
Pros:

It was clean, great breakfast. Room was nice and comfortable.

Cons:

My 3 teen children (16/18) were in the pool for about 10-15 mins coming out coughing to the point of almost throwing up, red eyes saying the chemicals were too strong they were having a hard time breathing. The bartender was the only one who said anything telling Lauren at the front desk she will probably need to close it again (again?) Lauren sat at the front desk eating and playing on her phone doing nothing about the pool. Proceeding to then give another guest a pool towel about 10 mins later. The bartender made the comment “I knew something was wrong with it when I could smell it out here”. At checkout I was asked how my stay was, good except for the pool “oh yeah, it is hot in there” no, the chemicals were too strong and I explained the results “oh, we will say something to our maintenance again” so sounds like this is common and no one seems to care to address it.

Pros:

The customer service representative was very courteous and professional.. The room was excellent.

Cons:

The breakfast was excellent. We don't eat pork, so if turkey products are offered, that would fill that. But, even without that, we had an excellent breakfast.

Great place to stay!
Pros:

Samantha at the front desk was exceptional. I forgot to pack a phone charger and she let us borrow one along with a fan. Can't say enough about your staff. Everyone was wonderful!

Cons:

Only problem was the shower but we figured it out.

Staff and comfort of room

Cons:

There was no lotions and things like that that are typically in a hotel room. I did not bring my body lotion with me because generally it’s there.
