Pros:

The room was super clean but the aircon kept making noises like clicking. I send them a msg but it kept doing until I checked out. Other then that, it as good.

Cons:

It is a bit far walking to trade centre and reception didn’t speak English.

Pros:

The girl working from 2pm to 12pm forgot her name , was one of the best chinese people i meet , she helped me with some issues i had with my phone , she was very nice and kind .
She deserve a pay raise

Pros:

The location, close to the exhibition center

Cons:

They tried to photocopy my credit card. They also could not even book a taxi for me unless I paid a substantial amount to them in cash

As expected but could have done without the hassle of having to confirm directly with the property
Pros:

Location is good, 10 mins walk to the metro station then 1 stop to the Canton fair
OK coffee shops, restaurants, takeaway and fast food 5 min walk immediately adjacent the property, Room was basic but all it needed to be, clean, comfortable and quiet

Cons:

Communication, with the hotel was poor and difficult, Enquires received slow or no response Booking eventually required a Chinese speaker telephoning the property to ensure the booking was actually confirmed (kind of makes using booking.com pointless as there booking confirmation was worthless) Room was basic, kitchenette and stove top provided but nothing to cook in or eat off
