Pros:

Sve mi se svidjelo, kod ulaska nismo zatekli nikoga na glavnoj recepciji ali smo nasli spremaciju koja je jako ljubazna i saljiva i sve pohvale za nju i od srca ji zelimo sve najbolje.

Korektan smještaj u sjeni neugodne financijske nelogičnosti na recepciji
Boravak u hotelu općenito je protekao u redu, no sam čin odjave i naplate znatno je narušio cjelokupni dojam.
Prilikom gotovinskog plaćanja došlo je do zamjetne "pogreške" u obračunu povrata novca, gdje nam je prvotno vraćen iznos umanjen za 20 eura. Bez obzira radi li se o nenamjernom matematičkom previdu ili pokušaju manipulacije, takva vrsta nepreciznosti na recepciji apsolutno je nedopustiva za ugostiteljski objekt ovog ranga.
Cijenim što je situacija mirno i brzo razrješena nakon našeg neposrednog prigovora, no gorak okus ostaje — osobito imajući u vidu da se nalazimo u Međugorju, mjestu gdje bi poštenje, etika i transparentnost trebali biti osnovni standard.

Ugodan i cist objekat, ljubazno osoblje, vlasnik izuzetno ugodan i ljubazan.Iako smo stigli oko 10 sati umjesto u 14- soba je bila spremna.

Pros:

La stanza molto grande e comoda.

Cons:

Sono rimasto la’ 4 notti, non hanno mai fatto le pulizie in camera, tranne cambiare le tovaglie del bagno. Durante alcune ore della giornata mancava pure l’acqua calda, colazione scarsa. Non vale proprio un 4 stelle!!!!

Don't even try to complain on something, the owner starts calling you a jackass, other cussing words, throwing paper

Rooms were ok.

Cons:

The owner highly aggressive. Breakfast basically non existing if you're not down there immediately on opening. Salami like days old, cold eggs, no milk for serial, no forks...
