Pros:

The location is convenient, only around 15-minute walking distance from the central station. The room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is exceptional, and the staffs are friendly.

Cons:

I stayed on Saturday evening in a room with a window facing the road. The surroundings were quite loud between 20:00 and 02:00, and I couldn’t fall asleep at all. It was probably because there were student nations nearby. If you’re very sensitive to noise like me, it may be better to ask the reception for a room that doesn’t face the road.

Cons:

Litet badrum, svårt att kunna duscha. Minimalt tvättställ, fick lägga handdukar under för att kunna tvätta sig. Kom inte in på hotellet andra natten då det var obemannat och kort fungerade ej. Fick dock ganska snabb hjälp. Hade inte det tv utbud som lovades. Fick säga till om det. Blev inte så bra bemött i receptionen.

Frukost lite torftig, mer brödutbud, fler pålägg, äggröran var slut bägge morgnarna vid kl.8. Kaffemaskinen otroligt långsam. Juicen smakade knappt något.

Cons:

Bokade parkering dag 2 och skickade fråga om jag kunde avboka den samma dag då jag inte var i behov av den men fortfarande inte fått svar. Skickade frågan via booking där jag gjorde bokningen

Lite anonymt och stängt när vi kom vid 21.45 i jämförelse med Best Western Gävle där vi kunde bestäl
