A very comfortable and friendly hotel in an excellent location.
Pros:

The hotel has an excellent location opposite the station. The room was spacious and we very much liked the bathroom. All the staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was vey good.

Nothing.

Was a 9/10 until advised I couldn't have air-conditioning
Pros:

Location for a stopover. Room size was great
Clean.

Cons:

Was advised the air-conditioning is not available ( after I rang down to reception to ask for it )
On checkout the manager on Duty ( well she indicated she was in charge asked me why I sent a complaint to booking.com and why didn't I contact her. I told her I did contact reception and was advised it was not on YET and not available ( how am I to know who the manager is )
I DID try to resolve it at the hotel directly first

Tolle Lage am Rand der Innenstadt

Im Einzelzimmer kann man keine gemütliche Lage zum Fernsehen finden. Das Bett ist recht schmal.
