Estancia funcional con buen servicio, pero con oportunidades de modernización

El desayuno fue satisfactorio, con una amplia variedad de opciones disponibles. Asimismo, el horario flexible para elegir resultó un acierto en términos de atención al cliente, y el servicio de llevar y servir los alimentos directamente en la habitación fue un valor agregado que mejoró la experiencia, de igual forma La ducha de hidromasajes excelente.

En las habitaciones, las camas generaban bastante ruido incluso con movimientos mínimos. De igual manera, las cortinas no podían cerrarse completamente, ya que eran demasiado cortas para cubrir toda la ventana, lo que permitía el ingreso excesivo de luz. En términos generales, es un lugar que evidencia el paso de los años y que debería modernizarse, especialmente en cuanto a equipamiento. esto teniendo en cuenta el precio que pagas por noche, Si bien todo se encontraba funcional, varios elementos como el mobiliario, la caja de seguridad y el ascensor resultan antiguos.

Cute and relaxing place in the hearth of Cali

I loved everything about the hotel. The apartment was very spacious and in a good location. There was a mall in walking

Everything was nice and clean. The staff was awesome!!! Everyone was friendly, helpful, and polite. Steven, Beatriz, Jean Carlo, Aide, and the cleaning ladies were amazing. Good breakfast, too. I highly recommend this hotel.
