Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.

Beautiful stay
Pros:

Beautiful property. Located in the center of town close to the e Malecon and Plaza de Armas. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. The hotel itself is very clean and well taken care of. The rooms are huge and have beautiful tall ceilings.

Great rooms, great hospitality
Pros:

Great property, historic building but very well maintained. Spacious rooms, very close to plaza de armas. Staff were nice and able to arrange taxis for me.

Lindo y cómodo Hotel con una tremenda historia
Pros:

La habitacion muy cómoda aire acc excelente y necesario. aseo impecable, desayuno ,muy bueno con elecciones todos los dias. El personal muy atentos y amables. Nos dejaron guardadas las maletas antes de irnos al aeropuerto. linda decoracion, mucha historia en cada rincón.

Cons:

no me gusto un gato que estaba todo el tiempo sentado en un sector de huespedes, esto hizo que no ocupáramos ese lugar

Perfection!
Pros:

Everything, this place is magical and just what I needed coming out of a deep jungle dive of 1 month. Really enjoyed all of my time here and will do my best to stay again whenever I am back in Iquitos as I do come at least 1x a year.

Cons:

Only thing I can say was the floor was little bit dusty when we arrived but it's a beautiful and elder building so to be expected, that wasn't a big issue, even so I thought to ask for a broom but just never did, everything else was exceptional so it didn't even matter.
