Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.

Excellent stay and much gratitude for Michael's help arranging our 4 AM transport to the airport.
Pros:

On this, our second, stay, we had toleave before breakfast to get to our plane. Our first stay included a very enjoyable breakfast. We enjoyed the capacious room very much!

Cons:

The only changes I would suggest are: unscented body soap, a second packet of coffee in the rooms and two softer pillows. Everything else is excellent.

It’s a beautiful historic building. The rooms are huge and spacious.

Pros:

Very nice and spacious rooms, good breakfast where you can order from a selection of choices, nice pool area, perfect to cool off on a hot day. Very helpful staff with changes in the reservation, early breakfast, organizing transport etc.

Great boutique old-world casa in great location!
Pros:

This is an amazing boutique hotel with friendly staff, huge rooms in an old colonial house in the centre of Iquitos and looking out on the Amazon River. Michael & colleagues did everything possible to help us before arrival and up to departure.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und man konnte zwischen verschiedenen Sachen wählen. Alles sauber und gut ausgestattet. Zudem ist es ein Erlebnis in diesem Gebäude mit schöner Aussicht zu übernachten. Und das Kätzchen, welches jeweils auf den Sofas im Gemeinschaftsbereich weilt, hat ebenfalls zu einem schönen Aufenthalt beigetragen :-)
