Very relaxed and well looked after.
Pros:

It is very smart and clean and the staff are excellent. The food in the à la cart restaurant is excellent.

Cons:

I asked twice before arriving for a twin room and was given a double room, instead of being moved to twin room, they just separated the beds which made the room quite small.

Excellent staff in a prime location!
Pros:

The hotel and room were exceptionally clean. Reception staff were helpful and attentive, particularly the night receptionist who promptly contacted and sourced an alternative company after a private transfer was cancelled. The Louis restaurant was excellent with exceptional staff and food. The atmosphere set the tone for the rest of the day. The bar prices were very reasonable and we would certainly stay again (for a 3rd time!)

Cons:

For a five-star hotel, I was disappointed by the dated appearance of our room. It was not in the same standard as our friends’ room who had paid less to stay in the four-star hotel. This was particularly disappointing given that we paid £2000 for a week’s stay. Furthermore, the absence of an iron in the room was a significant inconvenience. When I requested one, I was instructed to collect it from reception. However, I was then informed that a 35 euro deposit was required. This was unexpected as I had not been advised of this requirement and had not brought cash. I would have expected a five-star hotel to provide this facility for free to its guests.

Este pentru prima dată cind spun ca nu a fost camera curată și din mobila lasă de dorit era prea veche , dar sper cind mai venim sa nu mai avem acest subiect

La piste de ski très proche à pieds !
Toute les activités sont en supplément

Cons:

Nous avons eu une chambre à côté de de l’ascenseur, nous avons entendu le bruit et le passage qui a été vraiment désagréable à partir de 6h30 du matin ça nous a empêché de dormir !!! Attention à l’indication baignoire spa ( impossible de s’allonger ( je fais à 1m59 ))
Le petit déjeuner pas digne d’un cinq étoiles !!!!! Vraiment pas de choix et pas bon
Alors je sais pas les personnes qui ont dit que le petit déjeuner était exceptionnel, je sais pas qu’est-ce que il mange chez eux mais ça doit pas être grand-chose parce que y avait deux sortes de tartine différentes pas de baguette les croissants ils étaient déposés super tôt, ils étaient venus tout sec à partir de 9h30
Honnêtement très décevant, j’ai l’habitude de prendre tes cinq étoiles, tu la c’est vraiment pas du tout digne d’un cinq!!!!!

Skiing Christmas and New Years break
Pros:

The hotel was well positioned for the gondala. It did have lockers for your ski equipment but we paid for a locker in the first building off the gondala. The hotel has many facilities and close to other bars and restaurants in the town. The food and service in the restaurant was fantastic with plenty of choice. New Year’s Eve was exceptional; champagne on arrival a 9 course dinner then a party until 3am!

Cons:

We had a room outside the lift and some people have no self awareness of how loud they are. The room could have benefited from some coat hooks.

Excellent location, Great hotel, especially for families!
Pros:

3rd time staying here and every year it gets better! The new kids area and updates to the bar look great! Staff are fantastic and super helpful as always, breakfast is lovely whether you go to the buffet or the 5*. Perfect location for getting to the village/gondola. An all rounder especially if you have kids!

Buenas vacaciones en familia
Pros:

El spa , el restaurante y la tranquilidad

Cons:

Que no hay ninguna percha en la habitación para la ropa de Ski , ni tampoco en los baños del hotel ..si vas al baño , no hay donde colgar la chaqueta
