Comfortable però qualitat preu no proporcional
Pros:

L’allotjament es troba en un bon punt per fer excursions. De fet tenen un molt bon guia, el Marçal. Es el que més ens ha agradat del hotel, la capacitat d’adaptar les rutes a tots els públics i la informació que et dóna sobre flora i fauna dels Parcs Naturals.

Cons:

En temporada alta (agost) l’espai és just per tantes persones sobretot a la piscina que s’omple de seguida, passa el mateix al spa i al parking. A més les habitacions dobles són un pèl petites si et vols passar molts dies.

Cons:

Falta de personal, servicio muy lento y se notaba que los empleados no estaban contentos. Se notaba un ambiente tenso.

La chambre ça passe malgres un manque d’entretien pour un 5 étoiles

Parking obligatoire pour 21 euros à se jouer la vie pour s’y garer, dans les sous sol.


Restaurant de l’hôtel ignoble, buffet à volonté horrible.

Trop de mondes, le soit disant SPA pour se reposer fait penser à une piscine municipale au vu du monde entassé dedans.

Estancia recomendable en el 4* sin muchas pretensiones en un marco natural increíble.
Pros:

La ubicación y los servicios del hotel, juegos para niños, piscina y spa. Parking interior no muy cómodo pero operativo y cercano a un ascensor. Habitaciones amplias y baños completos, nuevos, pero sin perchas. Spa completo y buenas instalaciones. El servicio de bolera y juegos del sótano salvaron la estancia.

Cons:

El trato del personal deja que desear. En el mejor de los casos recibíamos un trato “correcto” pero muy lejos de la hospitalidad española y de lo esperado en un 5*. Desde el garaje no hay ascensor directo a la habitación, hay que recorrer distancia considerable, sin ayuda del personal para el equipaje. El trato en el bufet fue lamentable. Totalmente estrictos con el horario, el cual a las 22h recogían la cena sin posibilidad de nada. No puede ser que a las 22h, para un español no puedas cenar, más aún cuando vas con niños, se espera cierta empatía la cual brilló por su ausencia. De las colas del bufet y la falta de planificación para un mes de agosto ni cometamos… En general el personal completamente apático.
