Las fotos no se ajustan a la realidad, la higiene muy mejorable, en especial el cuidado con la conservacion de la comida en los desayunos, comida llena de moscas, platos sucios y tazas y vasos llenos de restos.

Very atmospheric hotel in the central part of a very picturesque small town. Friendly staff. Very beautiful view from the window. Exquisite interior of the hotel and rooms.

Cons:

Unfortunately, there were a lot of people at breakfast, the few staff did not quite cope with the service. I did not find any other shortcomings.

Pros:

The room was fantastic, we were in room 306 and it had two floors and the room was decorated perfectly, hot tub worked great, and bed was comfortable. The staff was also very hospitable and went above and beyond for everything, they scheduled all of our tours as well as set up a private birthday dinner next to the fireplace with roses and candles with a meal of our choice. Would highly recommend and when I come back to cappadocia I will stay here again.

The owner and staff were obliging and friendly and made our stay even better
Pros:

A lovely spot with an incredible view of the historical mountainside dwellings, fairy tale room with Jacuzzi bath (nice and hot), with a lovely patio and decor.

Pros:

If you are looking for character and authentic vibe then this fits the bill. Lovely terrace with garden area to walk thru below. Owner very kind and helpful. Loved the in room hottub . We signed up for 3 activities/tours and pick up drop off went very smoothly.

Cons:

Room was built into the rock, wifi connectivity is compromised. we could get a signal to use phone /whatsapp while on the terrace though.

Pros:

The hotel Is carved into the rock with a stunning view on the Valley. Rooms are Just a dream, your can't Imagine how fresh and temperate can be a cave room until you spend a night there. The host and the entire staff were Absolutely and genuinely kind and caring. On sunday instead of the standard buffet breakfast(which Is incredibily varied and Rich) they treated us with a table service. Position is stragical, from Ortahisar you can visit all the main valleys of Cappadocia in a Blink, moreover Ortahisar Is much less Mass touristic than Goreme or Urgup(yet) so you can find some typical less touristic restaurant in there. Overall we had a fantastic experience. Thank you very much!

We really enjoyed our stay, highly recommend, an authentic cave experience with caring personnel.
Pros:

Great location, quiet and so much nature around, birds sing all day long! Very helpful and welcoming staff, Salih helped us out multiple times, such a great manager, thank you so much!
