All guest rooms, suites, villas and outlets (both indoor and outdoor) are nonsmoking. Guests who smoke are permitted to do so in their private balconies/terraces and in designated outdoor smoking areas. There is a EUR 200 recovery fee for guests who do not comply.
Card deposit payments are considered valid only when both card and card holder are present at check-in and the card details can be verified with holder’s ID/passport details presented at check in.
In any other case, the hotel will refund the payment to the original card and a new payment will be requested so as card and holder to be present and can be verified by ID/passport details.

We got married at this hotel a number of years ago and returned to celebrate our wedding anniversary. All of the staff were amazing, the Wellness centre was great, the food was fantastic and don't get me started on the private pool (deep joy!). We had a brilliant time - again.
We have no complaints.

Kargaşadan uzak ve özenli bir servis anlayışı, güler yüzlü yardıma hazır ve candan otel ekibi tatilimizi çok daha keyifli hale getirdi. Otelin gerek dış gerekse iç tasarıma son derece başarılı ve benzer tesislerden çok farklı.
Aussergewöhnlich freundlich, zuvorkommendes und sympathisches Personal, nie gestresst wirkend, immer sehr aufmerksam und alle einen wundervollen Job ausübend!
Vegetarisch Essen war hier in den 3 Restaurants kein Problem. Es wurden sogar noch weitere Gerichte für uns bereitgestellt, die fantastisch waren!
Das Pop up Restaurant im Organic Garden hat uns als Event sehr gefallen! Hier saß man an einem großen Holztisch mit mehreren Gästen, hat sich wunderbar austauschen und herrlich essen können!
