Good location. Nice and clean hotel and room. 24/7 concierge and security.
A kitchen staff member charged me to have a cup hot milk (!) but another night previously it was provided free.
Great location and the hotel was fine overall.
Unfortunately, a bad experience at check-out ruined it: the receptionist refused to exchange a banknote we had just withdrawn, claiming it was stolen or damaged. Very disappointing end to our stay.
Everything about my stay at the Mercure Ariosto was perfect. I walked everywhere in Milleflores. There were so many wonderful restaurants in the area to choose from. The breakfasts at the hotel were excellent. The staff was always

I liked the personnel they are so kind and helpful. In addition, the rooms are so clean, breakfast is great and the location of the hotel is 10/10 in the center of the Miraflores very close to restaurants and cafes.
