Pohodové ubytování za rozumnou cenu
Pros:

- čistota
- výborné jídlo (italská restaurace přímo v hotelu) za rozumnou cenu
- vynikající snídaně

Cons:

- moc měkká postel (chápu, věc vkusu, někdo jiný píše, že matrace byly tvrdé, ale v tomto případě si stěžovala i manželka)
- rozjíždějící se matrace na manželské posteli (postel neměla žádný rám, který by držel matrace u sebe)
- jak už psali jiní, okna směrem k silnici jsou nevýhoda, protože i večer je zde překvapivě velký provoz a při otevřených oknech je to hodně slyšet - bohužel bylo při našem pobytu v pokoji horko a se zavřenými okny se spát nedalo

Ubytování čisté, hezké.

Cons:

Snídaně - nejhorší jakou jsem kdy měla. Možná je to slečnou, která tu asi byla sama - nevim. Ale kvalita snídaně by neměl ovlivňovat počet hostů v hotelu. Nejsem náročná - ale pečivo - byl tu jen chleba již krájený ze sáčku a rozhodně ne dneska koupený, a nějaké housky, které byly tvrdé jako beton. Na dotaz, zda mají jiné čerstvé pečivo mi slečna podala 2 toastové chleby. Šunka již nebyla dobrá a ovoce tu nebylo vůbec žádné.

Úžasné prostředí i pohodlnost ubytování.

Postel a vybavení bylo nadstandardně pohodlné.

Cons:

Přijeli jsme pozdě a už se nevařilo. Neberu to jako negativum, spíš jen jako informaci.

The hotel is great, clean and organized..the only problem they need to fix is the check in procedure.

Cons:

The check-in is a hassle. The hotel is not used for checking. I asked at the restaurant and was told to go across the street, across a bridge and go to "the" check-in building. It is a building with no reference to Lipa. Guessed and asked inside a building and was told to go to the hotel. Back again. Was told again to go back to the same building. I found the reception desk and finally got checked in. Back to the hotel. Unnecessary hassle. If not for this the hotel is great.

Comfortable and pleasant stay
Pros:

Fresh modern interiors, good amount of space in the bedroom and in the restaurant, parking. Good choice at the breakfast, tasty food, fresh fruit salad. We liked that the stuff didn’t disturb us at all neither during breakfast, nor in our room. One of the windows from our room was facing the road but we didn’t hear any traffic noise, the windows and the walls provide very good sound isolation both for outdoor noise and for the neighbors.
Very nice reception stuff, pretty buildings in the complex.
We didn’t try spa as we were a bit sick but it was easy to book the time we wanted at first.
Nice road trip from Prague, and we also visited Poland.

Cons:

One curtain in the bedroom is not sunblocking, and with the lights of the street we had to invent our own creative solution with what we had in the room, so that we could sleep well. It would be much easier and more pleasant just to have full coverage of all windows.
