I had a very good experience at Oban Hotel. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well managed. The location was convenient, and the staff was very cooperative and professional.
Special thanks to Front Office Manager Mr. Zairat Ali, who was extremely helpful, polite, and ensured that everything was handled perfectly during my visit.
Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend Oban Hotel to others. Looking forward to staying here again.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Oban Hotel. A staff member named Ziarat Ali displayed highly unprofessional and unacceptable behavior throughout my stay. His attitude was rude, disrespectful, and far below the standards expected in the hospitality industry.

Unfortunately, this incident negatively affected my entire experience at the hotel. The overall service was poor, and the way I was treated was both frustrating and upsetting. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had, and I sincerely hope management takes appropriate action to improve customer service and prevent such situations in the future.
