It was waste of money
Pros:

I liked the bed and comfort only

Cons:

No iron in the room. No free mini bar, too smell in the rooms of sewerage.
Poor service. No linen in the room. No protocols for guest. They didn't give water upon asking 3 times in half an hour.

Mr ali humility and care.

Cons:

Mr ziyarat and Mr ali are the wonderful human being and the back bone of this hotel..they are the reason i am staying here since 2 years when ever i visited lahore...the problem i had was with the engineer staff that didnt listen to my complain as there was current coming in water tap.he lied that i changed the coil and no problem will be there...instead he turned off the geaser and lied...i took cold showers for two days...it makes my stay so uncomfortable.

A decent stay in affordable rates
Pros:

Room size and genius membership was awesome. The cheapest rates for executive suite.
Location is good.

Good value for money
Pros:

We liked the cleanliness of the room. Room was quite comfortable. The staff was polite.

The management gives me upgrade room sometime subject to availability and also allows late check-out when I request them to do do.
