It was a pleasant stay, warm helpful staff and the food was also good.
Pros:

I liked that the space was hospitable and clean.

Cons:

Since I was on the ground floor, the noise of people scrolling on reels late at night was something I didn't appreciate. Maybe the staff outside could reduce the volume on their phones.

Pros:

The location and the room as cozy and good. Staff was also very nice.

Cons:

Since the hotel is below ground level and has stairs, for elderly people to walk up or down is little difficult, if there is something to hold and walk like side rail, it will be helpful.

Rooms are neat and clean.
Located very close to prime areas.

Cons:

Requirements are not met timely. Experienced delay in service in every matter like breakfast, extra bed, etc.
But still a good choice. Support staff are extremely loyal.

Pros:

The staff and the location were fabulous. The cleanliness was also very good.

Cons:

No view from the balcony. There is no designated breakfast area. The hotel is basically vegetarian.
