In general is fine. If you look for a convenient location, it is good choice.
Pros:

Location is great, many bus stops nearby.

Cons:

Facilities are relatively old and space is limited. We wanted to ask for one more towel, however, we were told by front desk it is not allowed unless the towel in the room is dirty or wet.
