The room service was excellent.
The food was very spicy and chilli.You request them not to add spice or chilli they don't listen to you.My belly was burning.
After reaching hotel found that my booking was passe don to some other guests and I was told there is no booking by my name
They passed the booking to some other guests without letting me know and it was a hassle for me and my family, i was travelling with old people and it was a lot of mismanagmement trust issues at the end of hotel and OYO
The property is well located and facility was also good.We had a pleasant stay .
By reaching out the property we came to know that there was no booking in our name.This is an utter surprise and frustrating in the midnight .This is how your site cheats people in the name of Pay at hotel .I don’t know what is this .The Cab driver also told us that OYO cheats like this .Luckily they have two free rooms and we got accommodation.
