Pros:

We stopped over at the Heritage Hotel two times within two weeks. Rented four rooms.
The crew was very good, helpful polite and friendly.

Cons:

We didn't like that there was no hot water in two of the rooms. In another room the bath tub drainage was clogged and the water from the water tap was black and dirty. Really disgusting. No light in one of the toilets. We told the crew about it but a week later when we came back it was exactly the same.
