The location
The room was advertised as a £400 suite with a sea view; however, it was a standard room with a rear view. The elevator to the third floor was out of order throughout our stay. The television did not function properly. The staff managed the establishment in a manner similar to a club.
We requested an alternative room, which was the last remaining option. Although our television frequently experienced issues, the staff was unable to resolve the problem. The broken elevator was under maintenance, but this occurred during a holiday weekend...
The room was excellent. We had a great sea view. Comfortable bed. Well appointed shower room.
The room was large with quality fittings, Dyson hairdryer and Smeg kettle. Plenty of eateries and bars within short walking distance.
The lift was quite temperamental, doors often went to close then pulled open. Would only take 2 people at a time
Comfortable beds with a gorgeous view , room spotless clean and the staff couldn't be more helpful and lovely. We had two labs with us and they soon learnt where the desk treat jar is ! We will be back x
It was fine for us but due to the nature of the hotel (three buildings into one )there is quite a few stairs and uou find yourself going up and down a lot it can get a bit confusing.

Tenby
1 toilet roll
Abrupt staff
Too much money for 1 night and poor hotel standards. It is tenby so there will always be people coming in.
Beautifully appointed with the best location. Our room was amazing with a spectacular view. Service on check in were welcoming, informative and friendly, bar service and breakfast great too.
Sea view. Friendly staff.
Bedroom window needed a clean. No free parking.
Friendly staff
Nothing
Staff are very nice local people
Internet connection not so good (Room 401). There is no 4G/5G, the hotel wi-fi connection seemed not so good. Some sites gave me "could not establish a secure connection". The TV picture pixellates and gets lost at times.
Totally refurbished recently. Dyson hairdryer and Smeg kettle. Double walk in shower. Seaview was amazing. Very dog friendly. Allowed at the restaurant table everywhere.
Lift says 300kg and going down took 2 humans and a dog but not going up.
Building is wonderfully unique but that means steps all over the place.
