Pros:

Nice size room and comfortable, great view, good choice for breakfast

Cons:

Lift bit old and dodgy, actual restaurant for evening meal quite bland, annoying how to order drinks via bar code which took 20 minutes before service

Pros:

The staff were lovely.good sea view. Very clean.

Cons:

Didn't like our room. No drawer's to put clothes. The two chairs were too big for the room. I stubbed my bloody toes twice. Very painful.the loo/ shower room was superb l have to say.

Great location, all staff were helpful, wellconing & friendly.
Pros:

Staff were great-especially Tracey at the front desk. Room was clean and comfortable ( a bit smaller than the photo looked) -comfy bed, dyson hairdryer, good shower gel. Fantastic location. Quiet even though central .

Cons:

Individual portions in room / breakfast not very environmentally friendly, too much waste!

Pros:

The staff were very nice. Especially the receptionist Tracey.

Cons:

The air con in the room was broke. The hotel gave us a small fan. It was unbearable in that room and had a very uncomfortable night sleep. Checked out early for fresh air!
