Location, friendly staff, cleanliness, sea view
Room a bit small
Location was great, loved our sea view. Bed was really comfortable and air-conditioning was a godsend.
Not a drop of hot water for shower in the morning. It wasnt even luke warm, it was cold. We stopped by the bar and sat out on the terrace about 6pm. Drinks had to be ordered online by scanning QR code, however the choice of alcoholic drinks was extreme poor as everything was listed as sold out! 1 choice of lager, no beers available, 1 flavour of cider etc
Close to beach and shops food was amazing
Nothing
Lovely hotel, with a great location we had an amazing sea view with our room. It was a small double but adaquate. Really comfy bed and lovely clean modern bathroom. One gripe our TV didnt work, they sent someone to fix but he was unable to. But we only had one night, so wasnt a major issue.
Lovey breakfast and staff attentive.
TV didnt work.

FIRE ESCAPE.
BIGGER LIFT.
Stunning hotel. Tenby is lovely, the staff were amazing, and the view from our room was to die for. We didn't want to leave. Tenby folk are very welcoming and friendly; many places in Wales are not.
Views, friendliness.
Location and staff friendly
A large cracked loose tile in our bathroom, I don’t feel this was acceptable. It should be changed. No batteries in remote control for tv
The location
Very expensive for what you got
It was fantastic
Nothing
Very nice room ,lovely view
There was a DJ playing music in the bar from 2pm that was so loud the receptionist couldn't hear us speaking to check in. They did apologise to be fair
Staff were exelent, view from the room amazing. Food was so good but portions a bit small for the price.
Room was to warm, no Aircon. No mini fridge to keep drinks.
The location
The room was advertised as a £400 suite with a sea view; however, it was a standard room with a rear view. The elevator to the third floor was out of order throughout our stay. The television did not function properly. The staff managed the establishment in a manner similar to a club.
We requested an alternative room, which was the last remaining option. Although our television frequently experienced issues, the staff was unable to resolve the problem. The broken elevator was under maintenance, but this occurred during a holiday weekend...
The room was excellent. We had a great sea view. Comfortable bed. Well appointed shower room.
The room was large with quality fittings, Dyson hairdryer and Smeg kettle. Plenty of eateries and bars within short walking distance.
The lift was quite temperamental, doors often went to close then pulled open. Would only take 2 people at a time
Comfortable beds with a gorgeous view , room spotless clean and the staff couldn't be more helpful and lovely. We had two labs with us and they soon learnt where the desk treat jar is ! We will be back x
It was fine for us but due to the nature of the hotel (three buildings into one )there is quite a few stairs and uou find yourself going up and down a lot it can get a bit confusing.
