The staff were polite but not warm with the exception of the lovely duty,staff manager lady.

The breakfast was dreadful mot worth the money ^ the taking payment for breakfast h7a "imprinting a card payment" is totally unnecessary!

Views where amazing and staff were very friendly

Cons:

Not a lot. The fridge should not be in the wardrobe, you should have draws there and the fridge should be under the coffee table unit as well completely forgot about the fridge and therefore didn’t use it when it would have been useful to store drink we had purchased from downstairs bar.

Wanted to have a choice of items for breakfast ie sausage or bacon sandwich as a full English was too much to eat. Had breakfast elsewhere because of this
