Breakfast was good
Limited options for food. Especially for room service.
Nothing
We had to wait for one and half hours for checking in. Rooms were not prepared. No hand towels. We could not get BF at 7 am eventhough we asked for packed BF. The area and entrance of the hotel were very bad and poor.
Great small hotel with good food and many shops around
Great food and vreakfast
The staff were extremely humble and ensured that the stay at hotel was comfortable. Their attitude towards their job was very positive. The soft music in the corridors were soothing to the ears especially the morning music. The food was always served warm and the service was very quick.

Very clean, well managed and excellent staff. From front desk to the servers and even the housekeeping staff - all were extremely professional and courteous.
The balcony was a big plus, especially in a city like bangalore.
Their restaurant serves delicious and value for money food.
A special mention to the staff of the in-house restaurant, especially Avinash, who were ever present and very attentive.
Little too noisy neighborhood as it is right in the middle of a busy market. But that is the cost of having a great and convenient location for trips to most of the city.

One thing specially I want to mention one water bottle should be free from hotel with this price range.
in front of hotel there is no area where car at least stand for 1 min.Street vendors are covered the area.I think this is the biggest point to improve.
The breakfast was good and the location of the hotel was really convenient for my work.
We had a really short stay as we only needed a place to shower and rest for a few hours before taking the train to our next destination.
As we only stayed a few hours they let us check out one hour later.
Need to do better cleaning, specially the shower.
