Loved the hotel, beautiful place, wonderful staff! They were so fun and easy to deal with!
Pros:

Did not have breakfast

Cons:

We had a ceased salad and were disappointed in the size of the salad. 3 croutons, 2 cherry tomatoes. And a little lettuce that I had to cut up.

The walk in shower and separate toilet were unexpected and appreciated.

Cons:

I did not like paying $9.99 in service fees for cleaning service. Although I booked through a third party, I expected to pay the agreed upon rate when I checked in.

Nice place. Great location. Staff needs help.
Pros:

Beautiful and clean property in a great location.

Cons:

The staff was not friendly. We prepaid for an early check in an we were told “we don’t have any clean rooms available”. Then when I said we had prepaid for early check in, suddenly there was a clean room. So she bold face lied to me and she wasnt friendly. Same with all the staff. Not friendly when just asking for basic info.

I was awaken to 35-40 boys fighting in the parking lot.they were in the pool area lounging around - and they were laying
Pros:

So clean & cute! Exceptional decor! Beautiful room and comfortable bed.

The location. It is unsafe.

Excellent modern hotel
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location for visiting downtown Waco. It was a very spacious room and very modern. The staff were very helpful.

Cons:

Being from Scotland it still felt very warm so standing at the elevator with the fire on was challenging 🤣🤣

They were out of towels by the pool often and the coffee was awful for how much we paid I excepted better coffee and some better creamers would go a long way

THE BEST HOTEL IN WACO BY FAR!
Pros:

I LOVED EVERYTHING! We stayed at the Boulavard steakhouse talking to the hotel staff all night long! The cleaning ladies were super nice and understanding of what we wanted! The check in staff were perfect too! Loved the guy and the girls that helped us with check in!

Cons:

The only NEGITIVE thing I could say was for some reason our dryer stopped working and come to find out it was the electrical outlet that stopped working in the room.

Over all we were happy with our stay. Place is nice, clean, nice and has a nice steak house within the hotel.

Place is nice, modern and clean.

Cons:

Not enough insulation, i can hear footstep from the floor above and any noise outside the door.
