Nice hotel a little disappointing the service
Pros:

The room and the swimming pool.

Cons:

The brunch at the restaurant could have been better. Also our room was not cleaned and nobody reacted to my message when I tried to have it cleaned. (At arrival text messages were suggested as communication method)

Nice place to stay! Will stay again.
Pros:

The location is perfect for our stay, facility was clean and fresh and the room very comfortable.

Cons:

The only negative was the parking was somewhat crowded and had to park in the back lot however, not a deal breaker. Still enjoyed the stay!

Pros:

The walk in shower and separate toilet were unexpected and appreciated.

Cons:

I did not like paying $9.99 in service fees for cleaning service. Although I booked through a third party, I expected to pay the agreed upon rate when I checked in.

Loved the hotel, beautiful place, wonderful staff! They were so fun and easy to deal with!
Pros:

Did not have breakfast

Cons:

We had a ceased salad and were disappointed in the size of the salad. 3 croutons, 2 cherry tomatoes. And a little lettuce that I had to cut up.

Nice place. Great location. Staff needs help.
Pros:

Beautiful and clean property in a great location.

Cons:

The staff was not friendly. We prepaid for an early check in an we were told “we don’t have any clean rooms available”. Then when I said we had prepaid for early check in, suddenly there was a clean room. So she bold face lied to me and she wasnt friendly. Same with all the staff. Not friendly when just asking for basic info.

I was awaken to 35-40 boys fighting in the parking lot.they were in the pool area lounging around - and they were laying

So clean & cute! Exceptional decor! Beautiful room and comfortable bed.

Excellent modern hotel
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location for visiting downtown Waco. It was a very spacious room and very modern. The staff were very helpful.

Cons:

Being from Scotland it still felt very warm so standing at the elevator with the fire on was challenging 🤣🤣

The rooms look modern and recently updated which is nice.

Would stay again we love it
Pros:

Love the property location rooms and pool are nice

Cons:

They were out of towels by the pool often and the coffee was awful for how much we paid I excepted better coffee and some better creamers would go a long way
