Nice rooms, good central location near metro. Staff were very helpful and friendly, and Mahmoud is the best driver in Cairo

Very clean and nice. Nice staff. had to ask for towels. Breakfast was a lot of food and ok. On fifth floor. Outside are atms and lots of coffee shops to sit down. Also a roof top bar is within walking distance and has shisha and food

Koelkast , waterkoker , zeer schone nieuwe kamers.
Ontbijt op de kamer , veel restaurantjes in de gezellige buurt.

Everyone at the property was very kind. The location is very convenient and certainly walkable. Everything was clean. I will definitely be back.

El edificio es viejo y le falta mantenimiento, pero el servicio fue muy bueno, la habitacion muy limpia, amplia y remodelada

お店が位置している場所は、悪くない。ただ、ダウンタウンに面している為、うるさい。海外では、耳栓は必須なのでその辺りは我慢できる範囲かと。
ただ、エレベーターがチェックイン時に渡されるチップで起動するので、最初は階段で上に上がる必要がある。

また早い便で着いたので、チェックインをしようとするとアリーチェックイン代を請求(15ドル=約3,000円)、私が渋っていると、10ドルまで減額。。君にはその価値はないのかと。宿泊代と同じくらいの請求するとは。今思えば、エジプシャンの強欲な性格はこの頃から垣間見れていた。
結局は、トイレを借りて荷物を置いて、すぐさま外へ。


朝食も部屋食になり、電話してから30分程度かかる。
バスタオルも言わないと、もらえない。三人ぐらいのスタッフに言って、やっともらえた。

二度目はあるかと聞かれると、ない。
断言する。

Not much of entry to hotel .reception on the 6th floor

Small room and washroom.
Old building, but hotel rooms are newly built.
Very clean.
Very good location with stores, restaurants etc.

.you can easy visit too many things. As salah eldeen castle. Ana Azaher gardens

It is a good stay for the price. Location is very central and it’s noisy until 2-3am. Avoid the smallest room if you can, it’s very tiny. The staff try their best to accommodate you. On your first visit you may need to climb 6 floors since the lifts need a key fob. The breakfast is very good.

Breakfast was really bad service and at times reception staff can be rude didn’t meet my criteria instead they would just laugh as if it was some kind joke I had young kids and they put us on 2 different floors I specifically requested to have both rooms together and they didn’t take notice of my request.
They could have email me and said they don’t have 2 triple rooms on same floor then maybe I wouldn’t book this hotel. They just kept emailing me and saying yes will be done . False hope they gave me. Not very reliable receptionist and didn’t care about customer needs.

after reading positive reviews for travelling alone with accompanying young female I was disappointed in the fact the services provided was poor. After exhausting journey to reach the hotel with the help of kind iber driver we were met with a room not yet set up for guest. No towels no toiletries. After three to four call to reception each time giving me a time to deliver the requested items they didn’t deliver. This delayed in settling in for the evening and led to missing dinner as it was too late to pick up food. The dispointing to this was also the fact the manager of the hotel who booked us in yet he didn’t have the courtesy to acknowledge and apologise for the lack of seamless service. To add to it all we were given wrong set of keys to the room which meant we weren't’ able to lock our room for safety. Calling agin to resolve this took more time and consumed all our already burned out selves
